Awesome spot, I bought a ton of shoes out of here including Kobe's as well as Jordan's. Unfortunately, it looks like they shut down as a store is empty.

I previously visited Undisputed to see if I could exchange a pair of Kobe's for my son. I spoke with a lady on the phone and she recommended I visit when the manager was there. I came in and I was allowed to exchange my shoes with a minor fee due to size difference. About a week later when I looked at the shoes I noticed some minor specs on the bottom of the shoe and some creases near the tongue of the shoe. I immediately called the store to get an explanation and spoke with the owner. He explained they do not sell used shoes and insisted I come in with the shoes. This made me upset because I was looking for a resolution over the phone and I did not live near their store. I may have had a rude tone and wanted to go in and prove I had been sold a used shoe and charged extra for this. When I got to the store about 30 minutes before they closed the owner evaluated the shoe and kindly explained why the shoe was not used and why the shoe had specs and creases in it. It actually made sense and once I left I verified what he said. The owner also gave me several options which involved getting my original shoes back along qith other reasonable options. I kept the shoe because I was wrong and they weren't worn and this is what my sone wanted. I had every intention of writing a horrible review if things went bad. But the two staff member I dealt with along with the owner were so kind and helpful along with doing a great job of difusing my frustration that I decided to take the time to give them a good review. I read other reviews that talked about high prices and bad customer service. Nobody is forced to buy and you can get a better price they encourage you to do so. As far as the customer service, I was the one wrong in my situation and the customer service was still A1 and the owner was very accommodating. I don't write a lot of reviews especially after making a long unnecessary drive. But this one was well worth it as you can see by the length of the review. Thank you Undisputed for a hard to find Kobe shoe for my son and great custome service 🙏.

Came here few months ago with my son to get him new shoes. Shoes were a little expensive but everyone is really friendly and have nice selection of sneakers. Definitely will come again.

Great selection of shoes. Very kind workers and always welcoming when you come in the store. I love buying shoes from this store. I always support this business. I always love to look around in the store and I always end up liking shoes and buying them.

I went in today (January 15, 2023) with my two little brothers. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, especially the owner. I think the prices are reasonable compared to other stores. I’ve gone in a couple of times before and I have nothing but good experiences and positive feedback.

Everyone was helpful and kind. If you can’t afford there sneakers go somewhere else. Prices where fair and service was on point.

I went into this store with a list of buying a couple pair of jordans for my son and I, and as soon as I enter the owner started trippin on my son and just being really rude to us because we had the door open too long.
It was like 5 seconds open.Just seems like he only like people he knows or that look a certain way. I will never shop here they could of made over $1000 on me.
