Package was stolen by employee here why has this usps office not been investigated? It is now known across the country for stealing packages and tampering with peoples mail both are federal crimes but there seems to be no supervision here as the employees are free to pick and choose what packages they want to keep for themselves.

I’ve only had awesome experiences here at my local post office! Love the post office workers here! They are fantastic postal employees here at Tournament, not like the Unprofessional, Rude and Lazy to help customers post office employees at the Valencia creekside office!

The location is fine and easy to get to. I don’t understand why people can’t find it- no GPS navigation??? Seriously? The only problem with this post office is they maintain banker’s hours- open from 11am to 4pm and forget about Saturday Lol I would suggest better hours!

I really like this post office! The staff are always very friendly and helpful. It’s a small post office but to me, that’s part of the appeal. I am happy that this post office is here because it is so close that I can and do walk over to it. It’s always clean, and the staff are knowledgeable, and when they are busy, they able to get things done quickly and still greet the next customer with courtesy.

Does nobody answer phones at the post office anymore??? I was supposed to receive a small package on Tuesday (04/07/25). It was not delivered because there was “no secure location available”. The mailbox would’ve been a great secure location as I am positive that this package would fit. So I rescheduled delivery (Redelivery is supposed to be next day) on Wednesday (04/08/25). As of this review, I still have not received it. I’ve tried multiple times to call the PO to no avail. It just rings and hangs up after about 4 minutes of ringing. It’s no wonder why people are so critical of the post office!

They don't have long hours but it's a nice place that gets the job done and they brought back the drive thru box, which is nice.

Andy, the main guy at this location is so pleasant and so helpful. He helped me with my wedding invitations and made sure they get hand cancelled. He asked me to leave it and promised to do it that day, true enough he was able to do it and all my guests got their invitations without being torn or damaged by the post office machine. They do open kinda late (11am) but since it's less hectic here and Andy is so nice, I prefer going to this location, plus it's super close to where I live which makes it more convenient.
