Must be the worst run down supermarket in Santa Clarita Valley. Always dirty floors everywhere, always understaffed, broken refrigerators with melting ice cream and other frozen foods leaking everywhere. Dirty and always broken shopping carts. Even entrance doors are broken most of the time. This store is absolutely disgusting. Vons should be ashamed of itself. My family will not patronize this establishment any longer

This is my last visit to the Stevenson Ranch Vons, where I have been a customer since they opened. I will from now on drive a few minutes further to the Lyons avenue Vons. I have had problems with the expired dated products on the shelves for some time now. I even showed an employee, but they didn't seem to care. Yesterday I again found expired hummus, so I didn't buy any. Then I bought 2 bags of their fried chicken special that we love and a full cart of other stuff. The bagger seemed to not know what he was doing and I fully realized that when I got home and found the eggs at the bottom of the bag with one broken. And the travel Starbucks coffee was no where to be found, the deli chips were stale, and the chicken was dried out, overcooked, and did not taste good at all.I called the store, but they didn't pick up. I thought they were probably on a rush, so tried several times later, but still no answer.The next morning I took my receipt to the store to let them know what was up. I could only speak with a cashier who gave me the missing coffee packs and said I should bring the chicken back. I went home and a few hours later called in, but again no answer. I then called the deli. I explained that I bought chicken that was awful and wanted to exchange it and had other issues about my recent trip there. She said the manager could help me. I thought, great. Then it was just the same lady who said I could get a refund. I said, I wanted to exchange it for fresh chicken. She said they would give a refund and I could buy it again. But it is a different price today. She went away to speak with the manager again. Then the line was disconnected. Aah!So, I took the chicken into the store to the customer service counter that now had several people. I started to voice my problems, but the man cut me off and waved me over to a cashier to handle. No customer service!I took my refund and went to the Lyons Vons where I found wonderful fresh chicken, hummus that didn't expire, and friendly staff.

Very good super market....always gives me single purchase price on what's on sale in store so I don't have to buy six of something to get sale price...

Hello there, If you're visiting my reviews, you must know by now about my strict 5 Star only policy and here is another wonderful review. As I have always had anxiety when standing in line as a shopper, I often have to ask for a private lane while checking out, especially when it becomes a bit crowded. As I had a lot of items to purchase, I knew it would take me some time at the check out counter. Along with my high standards of cleanliness, I had kindly asked if someone would clean the belt and area prior to continuing to assist me. A very sweet manager by the name of Michelle, along with one of her employees named Westley, personally disinfected, wiped, dried and secured the line for me with all of my particular requests. They provided my family and I the best customer service I've seen in a long time, especially at a high traffic supermarket such as Vons. Westley was calm, quick and so kind when I asked him to delicately place my items in the bags while packing my purchases .Michelle was nicely asking other shoppers to attend a different lane as she was simultaneously scanning my items. Something that mights seem simple, but that takes skill and compassion to accommodate both myself and the other customers. She didn't make me feel bad about my condition and I will return here anytime I visit this area with great pleasure. Thank you and your lovely staff.

The cashier here Lisa needs to be checked up on, she didn’t say hello, didn’t say my total or asked how my shopping went like a normal employee. She loudly chewed gum and didn’t look up at me at all and just waited for me to pay…. she looked me up and down once she handed me my cash back. Yikes ?

Just had the most frustrating experience in the floral department.I placed an order in person and paid for the order on Tuesday for today 5/23 to pick up at noon. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no order in my name. I was told there was product in the ice box, first come first serve. There is much more to this story but the total indifference was insulting. Not happy.

If you say you are open until 11pm then abide by that!! I entered the door at 10:58 for 2 things and when I got to the front to check out I was told the register was closed. Mirayah the manager is responsible for this. Ridiculous and horrible customer service

I have shopped at this location for over 20 years. I have always had great customer service, prices were competitive and employees were so helpful. My visits during the last few months have made me decide to finally direct my bigger shopping trips elsewhere. There are still some great employees there- but somehow I keep getting the unhelpful ones. Last trip- I was buying meat in the deli with employee help. Another employee- who was not involved- walked by and added comments that weren't helpful- or asked for. Next- I was in line at a checkout lane and no one was in the express lane next to me. The express lane doesn't say what the maximum item limit is. I didn't go there since I had over 10 items. There was a cashier there but no customers anywhere near there. I asked if she was open- and she said only if I had less than 15 items. I had 17 items. She then proceeded to get a snack from her checkout line and waited for a customer. I try to avoid this cashier as I've had her in the past and she always looks mad and never speaks to anyone. I've had friends who have told me the same about her. I used to always love shopping here with the friendly and helpful employees but I guess most of them are gone now. Store business manager- please don't respond to contact the website "contact us" page- it doesn't reference anything close to my comments.
