This storage facility has serious security issues. My unit was broken into as well as 2 others that I know of plus someone rammed the front gate with a vehicle to gain access. Now there is a flimsy temporary gate that the property manager has to open and close each time. Also my unit had a moldy smell. There are roof leaks which result in damp walls and water on the floor. Rent at your own risk, you've been warned...

Super unprofessional. They’re gate is broken and access is limited to whenever they feel like letting you in. when asked what the access hours are the store manager didn’t know, no work order to fix the gate. When asked who I could speak to in order to find out the store manager didn’t know. When calling the number you’re told to ask the store manager. Would leave negative stars if that was an option. No lighting inside of unit. Had to bring lights just to see and turns out the floor was covered in rat feces. Horrible experience so far. Just moved in and one of the other tenants told me their unit was burglarized from the adjacent unit because they’re only separated by one sheet of drywall. No cameras or even lights for that matter.

The ladies at the front office are the most kindest, sweetest, thoughtful and professional people in the business. Customer service is exceptional. They go over and beyond in assisting you in any way they can! They are cheerful, sincere and respectful. I’ve had a wonderful experience renting at this facility mostly because of the wonderful beings that work there! Thank you very much for your professionalism and kindness!!

My best friend rent a storage here and and I like it they're very respectful they're very nice and the storages are very big for good price so I rented one and the lady that help me she was the best

The last in the office was very nice rented my storage without incident. A bigger and cheaper storage then what I previously had. Still in prices of moving in. And I'm so glad they didn't bug you to death about how long your there my storage always end up a big unorganized mess because right from the start they pressure me to get out after 2 hours. It takes time to set things up right. I'm so glad they didn't do that here in getting things organized slowly so by the time I have everything over there it will be nice and neat. Glad I made the move

I want to say how much I appreciate the service and care I get from Tanya at the Lemon Street Cube Smart in Vallejo.
She always goes out of her way, with joy and care, to make sure we are safe and satisfied. I have two units there. They are clean and the facility is well maintained.
I enjoy going into the office and talking with her. She's very professional and makes time for me.
