Alibi Bookshop is a used and new independent bookstore in downtown Vallejo. It is a great, wonderful, and adorable shop with thoughtful choices and something for every reader. The knowledgeable and extremely helpful owner and staff are always ready with recommendations. They host events like story times and author visits. Visitors rarely leave without a purchase, often finding or ordering a jewel. It is an outstanding and highly recommended addition to downtown.

I love this place!! So many interesting books, and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, THEY CAN ORDER IT! The owner is SO NICE. I could talk to her for hours while looking for cool, new, and interesting books. So stop ordering from Shmamazon, and come support a local gem!
