“The BIGGEST shout-out goes to Rocco Marcconi! I honestly had COMPLETLY lost any hope in dealerships. But I'm so glad that God got me to meet Special Finance Manager Rocco Marconni at Avery Greene Honda. Previously, my abusive ex-husband had COMPLETLY screwed up my credit, and even though i've been trying to build my credit, it's going with a speed of a snail. And within a span of 2 or 3 weeks, I had gone to at least 9 dealerships, and LITERALLY had no luck in getting approved ANYWHERE. I'm a single mother of 2 teen kids, and I have to commute pretty far for my work, and I needed a vehicle BAD! But Rocco worked his butt off and got me approved for....a....wait for it.....A 2019 AUDI Q5 PERMIUM?!! I mean, I've NEVER dreamt of getting driving an Audi!! But Rocco got me approved and made sure I have an EXTREMELY RELIABLE car, on top of that, he gave me SO MUCH good advice about fixing my credit. I can not thank him enough for doing this. I REALLY wish that good karma and good blessings surrounding him and his family. Because you will agree with me that you CAN NOT find people like Rocco Marcconi. I can not forget how much disappointed I was getting and was so disheartened and sad about not being able to get approved ANYWHERE. After meeting Rocco and how he put all he had to help people in a tough spot like me, it ALL MADE SENSE THEN, because God wanted me to find Rocco and wanted him to have the privilege of helping, instead of all other salespeople and dealerships, who just care about how much money they'll be making out of us. “From the moment I walked in Rodriguez Auto Body and Paint shop I was treated with courtesy, professionalism and most importantly with kindness. I needed my recently replaced hood and right fender on my trustworthy old Toyota RAV 4 painted. Able Rodriguez gave me a fair quote and offered me a ride to and from home. My Toyota was ready in two days as promised. In addition to a perfect paint job, Able threw in a few surprises by also painting the front passenger door, the top fading strip on the backdoor, and repairing and painting the dented left fender. All for free. Able and his courteous team of perfectionists went above and beyond what they said they would do. My old RAV 4 looks amazing. I was greeted by a very nice lady at the door who directed me to Scott I who literally knows everything about Unimogs and more. His knowledge and inventory is amazing. It is a very clean, organized and well-kept place. He answered all of my questions that I had since I am a new owner to these things he had the exact part I needed and took me out back to pull it out of the crate with me there. She made sure to call me back when I hadn’t gotten through and made sure to give me consistent updates.
