“Just found out about this spot and they sell new and refurbished interstate batteries. You go to the front counter tell the worker what type of vehicle you have and they will look up what type of battery you need you pay for it drive around back to the will call door show the worker your receipt and turn in your core if you have one and they will bring your battery out to you. This is my new spot for batteries.”
“Oil light came on and went to buy oil for my car at O'Reilly's Fitzgerald Dr in Pinole. Nicky, customer sales rep, made sure I bought the correct oil for my car, was extremely helpful, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very positive. In the future, if I need help with my car, I would head to O'Reilly's in Pinole and look for Nicky to help me.”
“I can't tell you how wonderful it was to deal with these people today. I went to another O'Reilly's near Elcerrito Plaza, and they completely blew me off. It seems like every question. I ask them they didn't have an answer for you just said no.. So, on a hunch a drove to the other O'Reillys where the old Safeway and CVS was, and they were truly a delight. They were quick to help me solve my problems and we're just all around. Pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend going there for your automotive needs or just to have a nice chat .”
