I wasn't pleased nor impressed with how the sales manager treated my daughter. Poor sales tactics. She was just asking for a quote on a CRV but wanted to do a credit background check and wanted to sign several different documents. I just want to pass on our experience and warn potential buyers of this dealership.

I had a great experience at Avery Greene getting my first car. Huge thank you to Josh, Wayne, Jeff, and Mike for their great customer service as they went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase went smoothly and all my needs were met. They were knowledgeable and took the time to educate me about all of the features and functionalities of my new 2024 Honda Civic Sport. I highly recommend this dealership and I am so thankful for their help. If you're ever in the market to purchase a Honda, stop by Avery Greene and ask for Josh!

I recently visited Avery Greene Honda with my wife to explore vehicle options for our family. Our experience with, Jorge the sales representative, Jericho the Sales Manager, and Angel (finance) was truly outstanding. Their vast knowledge and patience truly made the entire process smooth and easy. Despite not finding the vehicle of choice at the location, they went out of their way to find the vehicle in neighboring dealerships which left us a lasting impression. They were quick to answer all questions, and presented us with all financial options available to us, showcasing their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction. What sets them apart is their easy going approach, creating a comfortable and stress-free sales environment. Needless to say, we were happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend any one to visit them if they are in search of a vehicle.

The worst service ever. Don not make a appointment it's pointless. They run a first come first serve system. When I called to make an appointment I had chosen 7 for a reason, I have other appointments to attend to later. The receptionist said it was going to take a hour and a half for the service. Today I showed up, they couldn't guarantee me that the car was going to be done in time. What a waste of time, don't take your car there. If they had zero stars I would've rate the zero.

The BIGGEST shout-out goes to Rocco Marcconi! I honestly had COMPLETLY lost any hope in dealerships. But I'm so glad that God got me to meet Special Finance Manager Rocco Marconni at Avery Greene Honda. Previously, my abusive ex-husband had COMPLETLY screwed up my credit, and even though i've been trying to build my credit, it's going with a speed of a snail. And within a span of 2 or 3 weeks, I had gone to at least 9 dealerships, and LITERALLY had no luck in getting approved ANYWHERE. I'm a single mother of 2 teen kids, and I have to commute pretty far for my work, and I needed a vehicle BAD! But Rocco worked his butt off and got me approved for....a....wait for it.....A 2019 AUDI Q5 PERMIUM?!! I mean, I've NEVER dreamt of getting driving an Audi!! But Rocco got me approved and made sure I have an EXTREMELY RELIABLE car, on top of that, he gave me SO MUCH good advice about fixing my credit. I can not thank him enough for doing this. I REALLY wish that good karma and good blessings surrounding him and his family. Because you will agree with me that you CAN NOT find people like Rocco Marcconi. I can not forget how much disappointed I was getting and was so disheartened and sad about not being able to get approved ANYWHERE. After meeting Rocco and how he put all he had to help people in a tough spot like me, it ALL MADE SENSE THEN, because God wanted me to find Rocco and wanted him to have the privilege of helping, instead of all other salespeople and dealerships, who just care about how much money they'll be making out of us. Because if it's anyone who deserves to have the honor of helping people, it's Rocco!Lastly, I would like to ask the dealership's owner, Mr. Avery Greene to PLEASE PLEASE hold on tight to his VERY Special Finance Manager Rocco Marcconi because you just don't let go of a gem once you find it. Thank you again, Rocco!

I needed a reliable vehicle and had looked online and had found a car that I liked, but it was older and would probably have had the same issues I was having with my van. Still, I began the loan application process. I was contacted by Rocko Marconni at Avery Greene Honda, Special Finance Program. He asked me to come in. Even though I had doubts about qualifying, I met with Rocko. We completed the paperwork, and I got approved. The team produced a 2013 Ford Edge in great condition, and I have never before felt so taken care of by any business. Rocko Marconni covered all the bases, so there were no surprises in my financial responsibility. Honestly, it felt like I was dealing with family.I highly recommend this business and especially Rocko Marconni if you need a vehicle and have doubts about whether you can get credit. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the process.Thank you Rocko!

Outstanding service! My wife and I walked in casually looking for Honda civics or the Honda accords. Our plan was just to walk in look around, maybe sit in a few just to get a feel for the vehicles. As we walked on a lot one of the sales consultants, Marlon, greeted us. He was cool, introduced himself and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly what we asked, nothing more nothing less. He answered the questions we had, and before we knew it, we were driving the car My wife and I fell in love with. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and they worked with us. Our credit isn't the best in the world and they did what they could to help us. Their goal was to make sure that we got what we wanted.Even one of the sales managers, Jericho, came over and spoke with us and made us feel right at home. The process took a little longer than we expected, we thought we were just going to look at cars, but we wanted to buy in the back of our minds!Bottom line, they made the entire purchasing process a great experience!

If you want to buy a car, go see AJ at Evergreen Honda he help me with my purchase. I went in there just to test drive a car and by the end of the day I actually purchased the car I was test driving any questions I had he resolve them and I had a great experience. He is a great salesman. Go see AJ.

I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot.I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. My "co-pilot " and i were greeted on the lot promptly by Trent Clevenger.He was very efficient in asking me the detailed questions about what I was looking for in a vehicle.Offered great insight to the vehicles that fit my specifications. We narrowed down to a few options, and quickly but effectively stepped into the sales floor to sit down and look at the specifics of option.Shortly after sitting down, while Trent was getting my copilot and I some refreshments one of the new bright blue Civic sports caught my attention.I wondered off to admire the 2024 beauty, Trent noticed my intrigue and let me know that a few fresh off of delivery truck arrive earlier that day.Long story longer, we stepped out to the back lot and I found my dream car. A similar car that I previously test drove at another dealership.I felt zero pressure to dive in over my head, Trent was simpling helping me find the right vehicle and weigh the logistics in a very supportive manner.We talked numbers a bit more and went back in to sit down, was greeted by Mike Garcia in financial services. Mike took my In and Out dinner order, they so kindly bought for us.Trent gracefully helped me iron out what the financial situation would look like, current vehicle trade in value and came to a terrific dealBest decision I could have made, 2024 Honda Civic Sport.A short time later and a full belly was further assisted by Mike nailing down the Financials, warranties options etc.Mike was much like Trent and was simply helping me explore and find the most appropriate option for my life with out overwhelming or hard pressuring me.Sales staff was absolutely delightful and the dealership building is beautifully equipped and efficient.%1000 recommend heading down, ask for Trent and make your dreams come true in the most efficient, respectful and supportive manner.

There isn’t enough words to express my gratitude for the Honda Service department.I received help by Alex. He went above and beyond to help us with our honda accord. We were having problems with our vehicle and could not figure out what was wrong.But Alex did not give up on us until our car was fixed.I would highly recommend to anyone.

My Toyota RAV4 broke down on me, so I had to see about purchasing a new car. Went to Avery Greene Honda, Vallejo and AJ Hirani approached us as soon as we parked and was very attentive to my needs and very helpful with options they offered. Once I decided on a car, took it for a test drive and informed me of all the perks to the car in interest. I decided it was the car for me and AJ made it happen with me leaving in my brand new car. What a wonderful experience I had having AJ as my sales Rep. very Polite, well-mannered, hospitable and made me feel welcomed. Such a positive experience from a negative situation I was in, turned my whole day around. Daniel in financials was very polite, informative and made sure I understood everything and explored all options and left it to me to decide, quick process and very efficient with all the paperwork. Thank you Gentlemen for a wonderful experience and my new car.

I will preface this review by saying that I generally do not like car dealerships due to bad prior experiences. However, I just brought home a new odyssey and I gotta say the whole process was actually enjoyable!Sandra was my original salesperson who helped me narrow down my preferences. She took both myself and my wife on test drives so we knew exactly what we wanted. She was crucial in getting the deal done and even texted me while on leave so I wouldn't miss an opportunity. I felt like she was looking out for my best interests. On the day I came to purchase the vehicle, Mike was there to facilitate the process. He was great to work with and had me in and out of there without much hassle. He also took the photo attached to this review. I can't remember the name of the finance manager, but even that guy was great to work with. I even bought the extended warranty. What matters most to me was that I left feeling like I didn't get robbed or pressured or harassed like I have experienced at other dealerships. This must be one of the good ones.

Received pretty bad service today. The time that was promised to me went over 40 mins. I had a coupon for an oil change that also stated I would receive 10% off all other services needed so I decided to get my air and cabin filters changed, I never received it, also I called back and spoke to ALEX because they were a few recommendations for service that Don ( Don was good ) recommend and before I booked it I asked if the prices were the same as a cooperate owned store and he said no that all Honda dealership have different prices. So I asked directly "so are you guys higher?" He said in lamen yes. Next I usually get a complementary wash after service ( I usually do from a cooperate dealership and I believed I received one before from this establishment last time I changed my oil but I may be mistaken ) and I didn't get that either. Though I see ( because drove by wash and they were washing people's cars that were serviced. ) other people were getting a complementary wash.There is a famous saying in the car industry: They don't sell cars, They sell service.I truly believe that is the case and people should pay for good service. You get what you pay for. Maybe because I had a coupon they discounted the service they were supposed to provide?I started going to this place because I had a really great experience with the car detail service department. Because of that I recommend friends and family to go to Avery Greene. ( Literally every single one of my family members own a Honda ) and I started going here to get service. The last time I went was a great experience also. Theyyyyy really dropped the ball this time around. I even heard them telling an elder filipino lady that for an automatic she should change her transmission oil every 30k miles or risk having to buy a new transmission for 2-3k. I thought you change it every 60k-100k for an automatic? And even let's say I'm mistaken.. ( which I don't think I am.. you can Google this ) this guy was really doing a scare tactic to this poor lady. She was really shaken up.No need to experience it a second time around.
