Amazing bank with Amazing advisors. I met with Carlos, Mohamed, and Paul. Great people! This bank should have a better rating than is given thats why i want to write this review. Highly recommend go to Carlos for all your investing needs!!

I had a horrible experience opening an account here. I highly suggest opening an account at any other location, but this one. Financial Center Manager is a liar. Malak Rajput told me I had to open an account with an initial payment of $100 which is not true. If he lies about this why wouldn't he lie about other things. Don't open an account here they lie to their customers.

When you close this branch, please leave the ATMs and a security guard. Thank you. (There is no point in going inside the branch, as staff isn't motivated to assist.)

Slow as f*** and only got 2 fuckin people working on a Saturday? There's old people just standing for extended amounts of time to be serviced and they think that's OK for the guy to see me taking a picture to then open another line smh

This Bank is the Worst Bank in America let's just start there!!! There's always a long line the move slower then a snail!!! The worst!!!! Came today and they Closed no sign up no nothing to communicate with the customers!!! Just close this Branch!!!!

I went here to do 1 transaction. The wait time is ridiculous. They take so long with each client even when they have a huge line waiting. This is so unprofessional and uncaring for costumers time. Many of us have to do a transaction at lunch, because they close before work is out. They need to get more help.

Needed to make a large withdrawal, so couldn't avoid going inside bank. At almost 9:30 am, several of us were standing in line, outside, while it was very cold. Assumed that there were already 20 customers inside due to covid rules, and we were just waiting our turn.Upon further inspection we realize there were NO customers inside, nor any visible employees. The sign said they opened (as always) at 9 am. Apparently, someone was inside and communicated that they would open at 10 am (on a regular Monday!)Returned at 10:30. Waited outside for a very long time. As I'm about to enter, some customers approach and ask if handicapped can wait inside. Security says yes, understandably, and as they enter, another exits, so I enter behind them and get in line. In essence, there are 2 lines now. One includes two elderly women (one being the person who asked to wait inside).They have only 2 tellers and its moving incredibly slowly. The tellers allow one of the elderly (that had been waiting before myself and the other elderly lady entered) to jump in line. Not a problem, they're doing their best with only 2.But it comes to my turn and the second elderly lady and her more than adult daughter are all irritated that I (the person ahead of them in line outside and waiting MUCH longer) am getting serviced.I have no problem letting the elderly go ahead of me but I don't manage the bank or the line. So while another customer is loudly complaining that its my turn, no BofA employee bothers to explain how the line is being managed . Or say anything at all! It was a beyond long wait time that would be eradicated by having more than 2 tellers. Or, would have been avoided by me personally, if the bank were open at 9am on a Monday like every other bank in America.The security guard and teller I had were very polite and friendly. But I will avoid this branch if I can help it.

The decline in customer service and inadequately trained tellers and the manager has caused this branch to cause me to use outside ATMs if at all possible. Question are they aware that if no one walks inside for cashiers checks, merchant services or loans they won't have a job. SMH

Shitty service. Slow people. The line is constantly out the door and the bankers don't have any sense of urgency. You have 20+ people waiting in line and you still work like a sloth? Go to Napa.
