I went in to the bank not being my usual sunny self (medical reasons, I was feeling unwell but needed to get in the business deposit). I misheard NICO whether he asked me to swipe my ID or hand it to him. Then he gets all pissy and asks if I have a problem. A couple times. Nico, the world doesn't revolve around you. Learn to follow the 4 agreements, one of which is not to make assumptions. Terrible customer service.

Amazing bank with Amazing advisors. I met with Carlos, Mohamed, and Paul. Great people! This bank should have a better rating than is given thats why i want to write this review. Highly recommend go to Carlos for all your investing needs!!

today, went to this br for a cashiers check. the gentleman at counter seemed unwelcoming and a bit rude. sometime back, a senior official at same br acted rudely. this place needa to improve upon its attitude towards clients/public.

I had a horrible experience opening an account here. I highly suggest opening an account at any other location, but this one. Financial Center Manager is a liar. Malak Rajput told me I had to open an account with an initial payment of $100 which is not true. If he lies about this why wouldn’t he lie about other things. Don’t open an account here they lie to their customers.

When you close this branch, please leave the ATMs and a security guard. Thank you. (There is no point in going inside the branch, as staff isn't motivated to assist.)

Have been in line 30 minutes, I had a government debit card that I want to transfer to my account, still waiting, two tellers, lots of frustrated people, I concur with other reviews. Will avoid any future visits to this branch. I have had BofA for over 60 years. Sadly this is the sign of the times.

Slow as f*** and only got 2 fuckin people working on a Saturday? There's old people just standing for extended amounts of time to be serviced and they think that's OK for the guy to see me taking a picture to then open another line smh

Stood in line this afternoon for an hour and 20 mins. Two tellers were working the windows and one of them strictly for Business Clients. I came to cash a check and purchase a cashiers check. The teller that was helping me called over his manager and the manager asked me if I could have a seat while he verified the check. I figured I was there for so long and I might as well stick it out and see it through. So while sitting in the lobby the manager walks past me with my check, Driver License and Debit card and is stopped by another customer that was sitting in the lobby as well. The customer says to him, “You know you cost me a few thousand dollars recently” and it caught the managers attention. And instead of the manager telling him, “I’m with a customer right now but will get back to you” he gets into a full blown conversation with him. And I’m just sitting there thinking, “I waited in line like everyone else did…Why did the manager decide on helping the other guy?!?” So I stand up and ask the manager if I could have my stuff back and he gives it back to me with no explanation or no apology.I work in customer service as well and this manager failed to provide me with customer service. I left the building with nothing but time wasted. I hope that BofA trains their staff and management better so that no one has to go through this again.

The customer service was very slow. One teller open which 5 other employees standing around. The line had 3 customers when I came in and grow to the door while I waited for 15 minutes

My mother and father have been banking with Bank of America for over 35 years. This particular one since 1995, hear me out here because it’s really atrocious. This past Holiday someone made a false debit card and online banking transfers with their main checking account . My poor mom was devastated because these people had access to their account and stole all of my parents money. My dad has Dementia, so my mom handles all the finances. My mom spent our entire Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, trying to explain this. The bank acted like they didn’t believe her. They finally closed that acct, made a claim, said these crooks couldn’t do it again. They end up getting into my moms new acct. and still being able to use my dads info and steal their money again. Long story short? The bank after all this closed the case without telling my mom, and they said because they had false information in my dads name they believed it was him. Even though the first acct was closed because he has Dementia he’s not able to do any of that. I told my mom if your bank doesn’t know you and your pattern after all these years? You need a new bank, so please enter at your own risk knowing that they will not take your side, they allow elderly people to continue getting robbed. It made me think the bank people were in on the scam. Just sayin. Thank you for listening ??
