If I could give zero stars I would I called at 8:22 in the morning and was told 45 minutes. It is now 1145 and they’re telling me it’s still another 1520 minutes till the tow truck comes. I’m over it. I canceled the call. This is the worst experience with the tow company I’ve ever had. Don’t use these people they scam artist.

Viktor from Bob’s Tow company was very nice and helpful. I recommend this towing company. I’ve been waiting for hours for other provider to come from the insurance, but they are just delaying the process. This one get’s the job done! Big respect to Viktor! If you need towing this is the one.

There scammers my car was in an accident in front of my house and they trying to charge me $560 saying that it took 2 hours to get up on the truck and they had to stay to clean up the mess when I was watching from my house the whole time and have video proof that they got it in 10 mins and left

AAA couldn't find me a tow and told me they'd reimburse me if I found my own company. I found Bobs Tow on Google. I called and Viktor promptly responded. When he arrived he was extremely careful with my car and all of his equipment clean and in good working order.
