After getting tired of buying high end Cigars here that were dry and would fall apart i started to inspect each cigar i was spending $12.-$30.00 on. . The clerk with the Raiders hat said that if I squeezed one more cigar he would throw me out. When I started to explain how improperly stored cigars split, canoe and are worthless. He got belligerent and asked me to leave. Worst customer service by this hired help. Would not recommend!! Go to jrcigars.com instead. Also I had my car broken into twice in this poorly secured plaza.

You won't leave without an unhinged lecture from an anti-mask ignoramus. Every single time I've gone here the idiot behind the counter is trying to lecture customers about the stupidity of wearing masks. He's not responding to questions or people wearing them, he just tries to play the nice guy, striking up a conversation about how parents who make their children wear masks are child abusers. The last time I was in was the last straw. He was actually holding up the line with a woman who had finished paying to inform her about how by wearing a mask you're actually breathing in CO2 which is poison and will kill you. This d*** piece of trash SELLS CIGARETTES FOR A LIVING and is warning people when they leave about the dangers of wearing a mask. Qanon got this guy good. This is a couple weeks later and I just had a non covid related incident that sent me to the emergency room. I had to wait in the lobby in incredible pain for 7.5 hours because the beds were all taken by despicable people like this man. People like him are killing people, get your cigarettes' elsewhere.

Best Smoke Shop in Solano County. Nate and Bobby are always friendly and willing to make phone calls when products come in. I don't go anywhere else I spend big $$. Cigars and More 100!

An absolutely disgusting employee and sorry excuse for a man works there. He tried to rip me off saying I gave him a $10 when I know for certain I gave this idiot a $20 bill. He yelled and cursed at me saying "You need to check your f###ing money!". Then this sorry sack of $h1t tried to flash a $10 bill saying that's what I gave him. I was already aggravated by his rude, vulgar mouth so I was very upset. He said he would then check the surveillance and after several minutes he finally saw that I gave this dummy a $20 and gave me appropriate change. He still wanted a final word so I told him he could shove it up himself. Whoever owns this store needs to fire this little pathetic l**** or he/she won't have a business anymore.

Bobby talked to me and was more then willing to work with me if I had any faulty products. He was very concerned that I wrote a past negative review, but as a fellow Yelper, I want to make it clear that it had nothing to do with his business or himself personally. He's a great small business owner and is very personable to his customers. With that said, he wanted to make it known that whenever a customer purchases a product that isn't up to standards to what is expected, he WILL replace it. He will work with you and he understands that there will be bad batches when it comes to disposable products. They've got the better prices in comparison to other shops and have a vast selection. Work with him and he will work with you.
