The location is less crowded compared to others around the Bay area, making it a convenient choice. The staff, like Dan, go above and beyond to assist customers. Dan helped a customer find a specific item, keto granola, even though it wasn't on the shelves. He checked the aisles, confirmed stock on the computer, and fetched the item within 10 minutes. Dan's exceptional service made the visit memorable and enjoyable.

This costco is normally very busy and staff is kind but working hard. Marz was amazing and took the time to make me feel like my needs were important and even interacted nicely with my kids who are normally shy. She is a sweet person and I am glad she works in a place I go to frequently!
