Wherever you are along your exercise journey, Redux is a really good gym. The coaches are all helpful and supportive. They lead with teaching then allow you to go thru the motions before we start and you can scale the workout to whatever is more comfortable or effective for your goals. Since I’ve been there, I’ve seen people blossom and grow, including myself, and it’s a treasure I wish I could give abundantly. The gym is right off the water so every workout comes with a gorgeous view, and there are open gym times so if you just want to do your own thing, no problem. Don’t know where to start? Try CrossFit Redux.

Awesome gym & coaches, great members!! Being new to Vallejo I needed a place to find some community and Crossfit Redux welcomed me with open arms. The building is really cool, easy access to water fountain & bathrooms as well! TONS of parking. 10/10.

Great gym! Reasonable prices. The owner is a good dude, very knowledgeable and professional. He and the other instructors are awesome and they'll get you sweating in no time. Just show up. Put in the work. You'll see results. The other members are very friendly and keep the community vibe going. Everyone works to keep each other motivated, share kind words and keep each feeling good about themselves and the progress they're making, no matter what level you're performing

The best teachers and athletes around. They teach you. They guide you. Full body work out every time. The nicest people. If you want to level up any sport you play, CrossFit redux Will give you that edge. It is understandably intimidating learning new skills and new exercises. Their coaches scale an exercise down to your ability, and encourage proper form.

This place is Epic!Insane location right on the water, next to the brewery, in the historic coal sheds which are totally refurbished 30' high ceilings, a huge faciltity. The trainers really know what they're doing and vary the workouts so I never get bored. I always get a full on guided workout every time.

Cool that this building is being put to use. The layout is a bit grueling though. To get to Mare I brew co you need to walk through a shared hallway with Crossfit. Crossfit has two double doors open wide into the shared hallway. Gym members are hanging out in the hallway like its a part of the gym. It reeks of a sweat factory. I still had sweat stench on me by the time I reached the bar. Mare island brew should open up its front to avoid lost business or, better yet, Crossfit should only allow back access for its sweat bags to hang out. I will certainly will not go to MINC anymore. Not just from the nasty sweat stench, its also a covid risk to be around peoples heavy breathing in the enclosed hallway. And in my experience, its the sort of people who are entitled and do not even move over so you can walk by so you wind up being within 3ft of them. Essentially, to get to Mare Island brew you now need to walk through a sweaty crowded gym. Again though, at least there is something there. Long term however its a terrible location for a gym.

Love the location! Being by the water makes all the difference during training. Both trainers and people taking classes have been welcoming. During workouts everyone is supportive and it's awesome! The trainers are experienced and easy to talk to, which makes it easy to ask questions. They've all been really helpful.

I needed to add strength training to my Peloton pandemic routine. I checked out regular gyms, specialized training gyms (i.e. Orangetheory, Barry’s Bootcamp, etc).
