I can't believe I'm reviewing a CVS but here goes. This is the worst drugstore I have ever seen. Half the shelves are empty. The store itself is dirty. Employees are rude. I found an item that I needed but could not buy it because it was expired. I'm sure, along with half their other stock. It doesn't look like anyone has taken inventory in years. The front windows are boarded up. Everything just looks janky. Don't go here.

Pharmacists and pharmacy techs are very rude over the phone but employees on the regular side of the store are all very kind and diligent, they're the only reason this rating is so high.

Very helpful and kind staff at the pharmacy here. We recently switched insurance plans and I was nervous about having to use a totally different pharmacy system, but they have made it easy on us!

Huge store - nice team players. Shelves sort of thin but still nice to shop at.

Always a good experience whenever in town. Stopping at this location. Customer service is always good. The store is clean and usually has the items in stock. It may look a little rough on the exterior because there’s a lot of homelessness in this part of of a layout, but the store is very much needed in this community and I’m glad that it’s still open and Thriving. Job well done.

2 star rating on this place surely holds up. Rude people picking up the phone and saying whatever it is to get you off the phone without actually performing whatever you requested. I requested a prescription transferred to this location 2 days ago, promised it would get done. Called right now and it's not even in their system. I'm not even confident that the person I spoke to just now will take care of it today. Unprofessional and rude but excellent excuse skills. Feels more like ordering take out when dealing with this pharmacy. Rude employees, will b-- sh--t you and will never get your order right. I feel bad for those who needs life saving meds and relying on this pharmacy to get your prescription ready for you. Good luck all.

I've been going to this pharmacy since 2014 and the staff knows my name already. They are very nice and friendly and efficient.

I was surprised by CVS' "upper type" level seeming to have diminished to not much above a dollar store level. The quality of the items being sold there now are very cheap and unimpressive but still with the CVS higher price tag. First time going there since the pandemic began 2.5 yrs ago and WoW, they have really changed!

I have always been treated with dignity and respect coming to this pharmacy for years, this is the 3rd time I've been made to feel like dog doo doo because I advocate for my own health and the medication I have been taking for over a year due to several serious medical conditions. I was told there was a shortage in my medication and that cvs had no idea when they would receive it? Leaving me as a patient scared as to what is going to happen to me: I called Rite Aid and they said no problem they can fill it on Monday. I don't know who I spoke with today but she lacks compassion for patients, the pharmacist with long black hair is amazing, always treats me with dignity and respect. I'm considering moving everything back to Rite-Aid permanently. Unacceptable, I even looked up how the pharmacist could help in different ways and no help was offered, just made me feel less than a person, happy holiday, I hope all has better health than me, oh and I have two types of insurance. All I wanted was compassion and respect

When I called to make sure my photo order was still there (I was well over the time frame expected for it to still be there! My fault entirely, I didn't pay attention to my email from you folks saying it was ready and had indeed forgotten about it entirely!). Anyway, when I called to be sure it was still there (I had originally ordered over the internet and the cost was very negligible although the pictures very priceless to me!), the manager took my photos from the photo department and had them right up by the register for me, very convenient and thoughtful for sure! So even though I didn't think to get his name, I'm sure you folks can get his name and thank him properly for a job well done! Instead of complaining as I'm sure most people only do, I want to praise him and the great and conscientious job he's doing. You should be very proud! The reason I think this store is not so busy is because it’s a boiler room less than being a pharmacy. They don’t have properly running air conditioning. I feel sorry for the staff who work there. The management needs to look into this issue. I often go to use the money gram there and I get the hell out it’s always a heat wave in there .
