A few of them are always in a bad mood. Very rude and condescending. Even when you smile and say hi first. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable everytime I need to pick something up from the pharmacy. Also if I ask for an employees name, you should give the name. Now the whole department looks bad to me when its really the younger employees leaving a bad impression. The employees that have worked their for awhile are great other than the fact that they move a bit slow. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to pick up 2 medications when I'm the first one in line.

The pharmacy has horrible customer service! The pharmacist was incredibly rude and condescending. Wouldn’t answer questions, and kept repeating herself, instead of actually explaining what the issue was. I was having a problem getting a med filled, and it took over 3 weeks! And then she turned it on me saying that she wanted to ask my doctor for clarification… when she didn’t need any!

Seriously CVS needs to pull the plug on this location. It’s clearly on life support. The aisles are full of empty pegs & missing product. It’s the most depressing experience. It’s feels like the end of the world. Just close it! I miss the old days at CVS!

I love the “chill vibes” and “no rush” feeling. Got my passport photos and store was clean and organized. Great team of employees that seemed to work well together and also showed patience towards me and my questions about member benefits.

I showed up a few minutes before closing and John allowed me to go in and get eye drops for my husband who seems to have pinkeye or some other type of eye infection. Thank you it helped relieve the problem till I can get him to a doctor.

Oh geez, looks like CVS Vallejo was hit by a theft gang. The shelves were empty and the employees seemed traumatized. These are nice folks. When I entered all I saw were looming 8in. X 10ft. Irrigation poles attached to the shopping carts. A manager said the poles were placed to prevent people from running, out of the store with the carts. Another novel CVS experience. Did the manager consider an absent minded customer ramming into the exit and actually causing injury? I get the theft prevention, but this invention is reactionary. Pass a photo by a personal injury lawyer and it is likely the person will tell you this is a liability. Not to mention..awareness about persons with disabilities who need to use a cart to ferry purchases to their vehicle. At least post a sign inviting Pw/Ds to ask for your help. Not sure you can trust a child using this cart rig...think about the potential injuries. Accident waiting to happen. CVS how about geo-lock carts?

Maybe because I do not really have a choice. I cannot afford prescription insurance outside of my employer's choice of health insurance coverages.

I bought two Amazon gift cards here when I open the package to reveal the cards both cards had already been scratched and part of the numbers were taken off with a razor I was unable to claim the cards I went back to the CVS simply to try and explain that more cards on the shelf maybe in the same shape the manager got defensive acted like I was trying to get new cards or scam them I honestly did not want to refund I understood exactly what had happened but never did the manager go over and take any cards off the shelf hopefully not too many more people will get scammed out of money from this location it's unfortunate that the manager did not seem to care
