Rude and unprofessional employees with extremely bad attitudes. Who would want to frequent this kind of an establishment if they don't care to hire quality staff?

Stopped by to pick up medication in the drive thru. I didn't wait long at all! The pharmacy employee was helpful and quick. If I need to pick up meds from any pharmacy in Vallejo, I definitely would stop by this CVS Pharmacy again!

On October 14, 2022 I went in to return an unneeded item. I provided my receipt and asked for a refund. I was told by Franklin that I had to accept store credit. I explained I do not come to CVS very often and did not want store credit. I was told it was policy. I finally accepted the "moneycard" after asking to speak to the manager and was told that he (Franklin) was the manager. Franklin was very unprofessional. I called the corporate office and was told, store credit was not the policy and I should have been refunded cash. So, Franklin not only does not know his job, and is a poor representative for CVS, but he also needs to find a job where he does not come in contact with customers. I rather doubt he is the manager---so, add another level of deceit.

I’m sorry but I used to love this store. All of us in the family have this CVS pharmacy and I loved all the staff and I thank you for taking care of my families medications, but today one of the store staff won’t let me use their restroom and I had accident, l totally disappointed. I worked night shift, drinking too much coffee is not a joke. If you have to go, you have to go. I feel bad not only for myself, but all other customers especially elderly. “All you have to do is to put disinfectant and sanitizer in your restroom and let people clean up after themselves if you don’t have EVS staff”. Thank you!

They need to hire better staff or train their PHARMACY STAFF on how to talk to customers. Very rude and they don't give their name. Will never have prescription sent here again , they dont have good customer service at all. I will be contacting the higher ups on behalf of this issue. In the middle of me talking the "pharmacist" said "you're gonna have an issue getting your prescription".. Who hire these people?!?! and actually I wont have a problem especially since I wont be getting it from y'all. !

If you have workers compensation don't bring your prescriptions to the CVS on Admiral Callaghan. Most W/C prescriptions need a prior authorization which can take up to 7 days to get but CVS won't process your prescription until 2 days before you need to your medication. I saw my pain Dr on December 21st which is 14 days before my meds runs out in hoping they would run my prescription so that my adjuster can see it in the system and then begin the authorization process. Now on December 31st thepharmacist told me that she couldn't run my prescription until the 4th because of some nonexistent state law. I used to get my prescriptions filled at Walgreens before CVS.Walgreens were able to put my prescription into the system so the workers compensation could see it and begin the authorization process but unfortunately Walgreens started to make big mistakes due to staffing issues so I switched to CVS " BIG MISTAKE". Now I'll be out of my pain medication after January 6th. Save yourself the headache and go to Walmart like I'll be after this situation plays out. I've had 29 surgeries on my left shoulder leaving me without a left joint ( shoulder resection arthroplasty) and my right is failing and will need surgery to fix the problem. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Terrible rude service by female Pharmacist. I scheduled a Vivid test for 12:30. I got in drive through line at 12:05 with 4 cars ahead of me. Line didn't move at art for 40 min. First car did do a COVID test, but 40 minute wait for her to move. Anyhow I call d pharmacy and told them I had an appointment at 12:30 and had been waiting for 40 min. FEMALE Pharmacist replied "What do you want me to do?" The following person just picked up meds . SO rude ....The thin guy who was at the window was very polite, but that Woman need to be addressed by management for such a nasty attitude.
