Today Me and my husband went to CVS located Admiral CallaghanLn Vallejo for Moneygram. End of the Moneygram My husband asked cashier Franklin where is reference number ? Franklin answered where it said reference number!! And then my husband asked what’s the amount and Cashier answered same way. It’s very rude . Please train him well so next time he will not do that with customers. He needs to learn good customer service.

Rude and unprofessional employees with extremely bad attitudes. Who would want to frequent this kind of an establishment if they don't care to hire quality staff?

I've changed all my prescriptions to Safeway pharmacist.Th pharmacist iS is very rude not Jasmine the new pharmacist, but the older lady . Just over it .

Stopped by to pick up medication in the drive thru. I didn't wait long at all! The pharmacy employee was helpful and quick. If I need to pick up meds from any pharmacy in Vallejo, I definitely would stop by this CVS Pharmacy again!

I took my dark the drive thru pharmacy and the Asian Lady pharmacist was very rude stating with a rude tone of voice “ if you would have called an hour ago. I could have pulled yours prescription from the other cvs. So not having the gas to drive that far we decided to turn Arita down walk in the store. When the other Pharmacist rudely told her it would take 15 minutes to fill my daughters prescription. Could not even pronounce her name correctly. Then when she went to hand her the prescription in the bag. She put her hand out as if my daughter were a dog or she was being discriminated against said here it is. Your done. I asked her is this how you treat all of your customers? Your rude!!!!Don’t go there, we are human beings and they are highly paid pharmacists that are very mean and yell at nice innocent people. I left very upset . Emotionally upset and will never return there.

They need to hire better staff or train their PHARMACY STAFF on how to talk to customers. Very rude and they don't give their name. Will never have prescription sent here again , they dont have good customer service at all. I will be contacting the higher ups on behalf of this issue. In the middle of me talking the "pharmacist" said "you're gonna have an issue getting your prescription".. Who hire these people?!?! and actually I wont have a problem especially since I wont be getting it from y'all. !

Terrible rude service by female Pharmacist. I scheduled a Vivid test for 12:30. I got in drive through line at 12:05 with 4 cars ahead of me. Line didn't move at art for 40 min. First car did do a COVID test, but 40 minute wait for her to move. Anyhow I call d pharmacy and told them I had an appointment at 12:30 and had been waiting for 40 min. FEMALE Pharmacist replied "What do you want me to do?" The following person just picked up meds . SO rude ....The thin guy who was at the window was very polite,but that Woman need to be addressed by management for such a nasty attitude.

This store don't deserve any star at all.spoke to their pharmacy regarding my new prescriptions . their staff were rude ! I called the day before regarding my insurance informations were not on file and told them i will call back , they say its fine. The next day a diffrent staff pick up the phone telling just come in pick up the your medications you have nothing to pay show your insurance card , will just bill your insurance ( whoever's on the phone doesn't know anything about what she is talking about). I told her no ill will give you my insurance information and wait what will be my co pay . then she put me on hold for 10min pick up the phone and hang up. Called angain they pass me to 3 diffrent staff telling me diffrent things and making excuses that they have people waiting . Rude,incompetent ,poor service !

Dropped in to "quickly" grab a couple energy drinks for my drive home. Found the store to be clean but the shelves in the refrigerated section were in disarray (to be fair, it's New Years Day, so they probably got raided the night before).My real issue is I got in what I thought was the line (in plain view of the cashier) and stood there while she helped another customer. I don't know what the issue was, maybe a problem with a return or something, but it was taking forever. In the meantime, another employee came up front, saw me standing there, and instead of checking me out real quick, just left.Then, I was told I wasn't in the correct line (would've been good to know 10 minutes prior) and at that point the customer she was helping was nice enough to let me check out. All in all, not a great experience here. Customer service is not good at all here.
