This place is amazing for party’s , celebrating the life of a loved one ! I highly recommend this place very spacious and pretty. We celebrated the life of my brother Jaime Esparza it was amazing he would have loved it ! Thank you so much to the owner ❤️
This historic building, built in1938, is Private Property. We only rent to events which are hosted by invitation only. The owner of the building will always be present in the building during each event, so if you have any questions or need any assistance please let us know. Your price includes the rental time 6-7 hours , tables and chairs covers, set up and clean-up of the building after the event finishes. We have different colors of decorations, so before you invite any event planners or decorators please look what our building already have. Your time starts from unlocking the door, your setting-up, your extra decoration, and the removal of all your belongings at the end of your event, until locking of the door.
