I’ve received amazing customer service and understanding from one of the employees named Josh . I’ve mainly interacted with him with the facility on Sonoma blvd. he truly goes above and beyond, and has the right mindset and personality to work with customer service!

I never had a problem here. We moved from a different storage company because some of our property was destroyed due to a rat infestation. The Management took good care of us!

Jennifer was above and beyond helpful when issues arose with my storage unit. She clearly explained procedures regarding how to document and file a claim. She provided cleaning items to assist with the clean up. She has been there for all questions and has given multiple days worth of help.
I would highly recommend ESS to others looking for storage because of the exceptional customer service I have received!
