Came in today looking to get a cover letter, resume, and 15 pictures printed out on gloss paper. After being told from 2 previous stores that my order wouldn't be available until tomorrow (both stores were completely empty and the employees were standing around) Kamy was super pleasant and willing to help! She even assisted me with finding a new resume/portfolio folder :) you can tell a lot about her character because two other guest came into the store and knew her by name. Thank you Kamy! I definitely know where to go if I ever need anything printed.

Well, I came in to drop off a fedex package with a qr code. Very fast. Almost too fast, just print out the code via their scanner.

The best fed x office with wonderful employees and customer service! The employees here from the store manager, to assistant store manager and all staff will take care of your needs. They are very friendly and helpful with the services that they offer. I am here multiple times a day due to the nature of my business. This location is a five star, keep up the great work đđ˝

Based upon what I have read about this location I will never give them a chance. I have never seen a FedEx location with terrible reviews like these.

I had a wonderful experience at the FedEx office on Admiral Callahan in Vallejo. The store was spotless and well-organized, which made my visit even more pleasant. I was especially impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from Kamy. She was incredibly courteous, professional, and efficient. Itâs rare these days to find someone who truly cares about providing excellent service, and thatâs exactly what she did. She answered all my questions with patience and a friendly attitude. Itâs refreshing to see people like Kamy who take pride in their work. Thank you for the great experience â I will definitely be returning!

Great customer service. Went in to pick up some prints I ordered online. Not only were they quick to help me but were friendly a s approachable. While I was there I observed them immediately assist 2 other customers with various needs seamlessly. Thanks you!

I shipped a return package back to Samsung from this location. Five days later I received a notification from Samsung that the box arrived empty. I returned to this site and spoke to two staff who said the description of the person who took my package from behind the desk doesn't match any of their employees. The next day I spoke to Steven, the so called manager. He was immediately argumentative and dismissive, saying no one from this location would steal the watch, even though I hadn't said that. When I asked him if there was a video he could check showing who took the package based on the date and time on the tracking receipt since his own staff said that person didnt work there, he refused. There were two people in line who overheard this conversation. I told Steven that he was a poor store manager if he was so unconcerned about a customers experience and concerns at his store. I turned to the other Customers and warned them to be careful and wrap their packages themselves. Steven then took a step toward me and jerked both of his hands up as if he were going to push or grab me to throw me out. He then got smart and just stormed off. I left at that point to. I will never use this location. I left a similar review on Yelp and notice several other customers have complained about Steven.

Package was supposed to be delivered overnight on 7/19 before 10:30. At 11, updated tracking says "expected before end of day". Leave for 20 minutes at 1 PM, come back to a note saying "sorry we missed you" and saying they won't retry until 7/22. 7/22 at 9 AM email says out for delivery. Email at 11 suddenly says "scheduled for tomorrow". 7/23, same thing happens. 7/24, same exact thing happens. Check cameras, no FedEx truck ever even attempted delivery and there was nothing stopping them if they had tried. Call on 7/24, wait on hold 10 minutes just to be told that the driver attempted delivery 3 times and they can't do it again, and I'll have to pick it up from nearest FedEx facility.. in Pacheco! There's a store here in Vallejo, why can't we pick it up here since the truck is already in town, and you're already lying about attempting delivery here? After a half hour on the phone they managed to put in for a retry delivery later today, so we'll see if it actually shows up today.
Update: No delivery attempt was made that day either. I had to call again, and schedule a pickup from the store. Suddenly, they are able to hold it at the Vallejo store for us despite before telling us they couldn't. Had to wait until the next day to go retrieve the package, a full week after it was supposed to be delivered overnight. Their driver never made a second or third and definitely not a fourth attempt to deliver: we even asked him when he came with other packages on a couple of the days and he said he didn't have anything else for us, and the other days, we never got any note saying "we missed you" because our door was open and we were present all day.
Someone somewhere is lying, or multiple people at the company are, and it's affecting our business.

YOUR CARELESSNESS LED TO A MAJOR BLUNDER! BLANTLY SLOPPY!
You need to adequately train your associates on how to handle export shipments. It was the first time that I exported a package. Because you did not ask me to attach the commercial invoice, my package got held up in the customs.
I went through an ordeal submitting the commercial invoice and it just sucked the peace out of me. Consequence: The delivery has been delayed by more than a week. I should have researched you prior to entrusting you with my package.
I had to escalate the matter to the FedEx clearance manager in my country.

I am super-impressed when anyone â but especially a businessâ goes out of their way, and gives me something for free. Iâm old, didnât know how to do modern technology. They not only helped me print out nine page letter to granddaughterâ they gave it to me for free. Like they wanted me to come back. Definitely will. Very impressed.
As distinct from another big box lumber store where the guy was not going to give me any of those lumber tie down pieces (2â x 3â with groove down the middle for strapping tape) for free, âbecause we are in the business to make money. BUY some 2x4âs if you want.â Geesh! How to discourage me from coming to your store again.
