You can find fun trinkets, similar to browsing Temu.
My first experience here was 5*. One year later, I can't justify any recommendation.
They advertise as a cheap place for teens to hang out. Teens hang out and then leave their mess for other teens who need to work for their summer.
The adult, Cheryl, manages the store that way :(
It's difficult to match products to their prices & to make sure they aren't already broken.
I like trinkets (& organizing) so i spent 2 hours browsing each aisle (& putting things on their proper shelves). I almost got to the register before Cheryl decided I was a security risk for using a bag they sell to hold my purchases instead of a cart.
The way this whole situation went down, I decided I didn't want to financially support Five Below, much less gamble on needing to return anything.
If you aren't considering a shopping experience with cleanliness, organization, product quality, customer care, accurate pricing, $5 or below pricing, or general honest exchange... then 1* is your preference.

I came into this store yesterday to want to buy something. When I went in there the registers weren't working because the employees said that the registers were broken because there was a nation wide shut down. I mean I went shopping at other stores and I was able to use my credit card. I feel like they could've put a sign at the door instead of the register for having people wait in line.

First time in this store. It was kind of messy, things were out of place, and self check out was not self check out. There is a cashier scanning your items.

They make you wait in line to checkout with one cashier and have all the other registers closed .. Big waste of time . When I asked an associate what’s the reason for it , she couldn’t give me a straight answer .. Please realize that’s makes shopping inconvenient . Why have 8 registers and only can checkout at 1. Doesn’t makes sense

Located in Plaza drive where the parking lot right outside the store host car meets. If you visit here on weekend nights get ready for tons of cars play loud music and loud engines. It's always packed with cars and people just hanging out without any security or police to maintain order if anything did break out. Otherwise, a nice store with merchandise at great prices. All self check out lane probably is the reason for that.

I’m not sure why they have self checkout if they are going to scan if they are going to scan it for you at self check out. Might as well just have the register open.
