This location gives out faulty products that start not working in a month. The company has a 15 day return policy because they know they have expensive products that are purposely designed to break as well as that their customer service is attrocious, unwilling to help you with your issues, and they have a limited selection of products to pick from . Personally that experience was not worth for me and would not recommend.

The kid Will deserves a raise. Dude really went outta his way multiple times to make my son and I happy customers. We truly appreciated it especially when it seems like bad customer service is the trend.

110 dollars Unfortunately The guy who served me gave me stress as a change , the attention and spirit of those sellers or the workers at that location have a bad experience and they do not know how to offer details that suit the buyer. I went to buy a backbone They had no idea how to activate the Xbox Pass code, they opened the box to check if it was inside and I told them that I would try it on my cell phone but they didn't tell me that it was only used with the iPhone.When I went to change the iPhone backbone for one with a type C input, they told me that I had to have purchase insurance, something that they neither offered me nor asked me about my data that I lost.110 dollars. A total disappointment, if they would be so decent I AM available to carry out the due process of returning or exchanging the product

Imagine going shopping for a car, and the sales team convinced you to buy an extended car warranty, promises to fix whatever issue you have with your new car. You bring your car back in a few months later and the dealership said they can't honor that warranty no longer bc they send an email saying that they changed their terms of services and can't refund you that warranty that you brought bc all warranty sales are final. This is what this GameStop did. A few months ago, the store employee convinced my daughter to buy a warranty with her PS5 controller. Stating that if there's anything wrong with it within the year, just bring it in for a new controller. This was their "EXACT" words. A few months later, she brought it back in and they apologized stating that they changed their policy and that my daughter should have received an email back in October that they can't exchange for a new item anymore. GameStop are liars and have deceptive business practices!!! 1) what's the point of having warranty if you're not going to honor it and then refusing to refund me the money that I brought the warranty? 2) I don't care if I received an email, a letter, or even if you send Moses with the change of services craved in stone, you are basically lying about your business practices!

The customer service was really nice and the employee was very helpful and patient with me and my family. The selection of games was very cool too, I plan on coming back to pick up Persona 3 Reload in February. Overall, really good experience, 5 stars.

Today is my B-Day! And I was gifted a Nintendo Switch. Having only been on PlayStation consoles I was a bit hazy on info regarding the Nintendo platform. Lexi was so helpful! And she guided me through the process. Let me know the deals and even got me to buy two extra controllers (turns out I really needed them). I even renewed my pro membership because of her lol. I understand that people are visiting GameStop less and less for whatever reasons BUT honestly, because Lexi made it so seamless and definitely helped me, I'm sure to keep coming back.

Gamestop isn't what it used to be 10+yrs ago when I used to hop all the time (no sale bin? No Wii/WiiU games?) but the guy(s) running it were really nice and helpful.

It could be better on game selection and on price on my opinion. The store is small. And can get crowded fast.
