This is my go to hotel. During my past few visits 12/31/25 and 1/20/26 I had serious concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep. Fleas were in the 1st floor room that accommodate the disabled so I moved to the 3rd floor and was given c🎂points and exchanged my room. I love the rooms set up and the comfort of the rooms. I like the metal racks u see the TV and the bathroom soaps smell wonderful!!!! The common area are not kept up. See the list below:
1. Pool are has spotted, dirty and ripped furnishings. The hot tub has. Hand written sign saying it is broke.
2. Cleaning staff leave rooms dirty and obvious dirt patch’s on heater, light switches and bathroom walls are not cleaned. The bathroom base boards are dirty and paint is chipped on bathroom doors I. Very room I have stayed in.
3. Food area: one of the two waffle makers were broke with a hand written sign, the chicken sausage patties were half cooked, the French toast was over microwaved and the waffle batter was not refilled. There was a long waffle line.
The management are nice and the staff are great so I hope ownership invest in this hotel. The site security were attentive. D aware of the outside activities.
It’s in the hood but that has nothing to do with the inside and guest areas. Management should honor the Hilton brand and make sure things are clean, pest control spray rooms and be mindful that we customers are worth the upkeep.

I've been working out of town a lot lately. So I've been staying in Hampton inns. This one here in Vallejo is a very nice one. The staff is very nice and everything is really clean. The amenities are excellent and the continental breakfast has enough variety for almost anyone...

I stopped there I go to six flags or I stopped there and go to Bodega Bay and go crabbing and fishing always a great breakfast

This place is an absolute joke. Whether it is listening to party music and dancers above me for four nights, and a dog barking in the next room, to moving me to a room that faces that loudest, busiest street AND I had no hot water when they moved me, Their non English maintenance guy thought he would tell me how I need to turn the water on, Seriously! Then to top it off, you email the general manager Damon, and he does not even have the respect to email you back! NEVER again. I checked out early and went to a different hotel, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It was the best hotel I found close enough to Kaiser for an early morning appointment. When we arrived I discovered I had booked a non-refundable price from a third party website for the wrong night. The lovely woman at the desk assured me they would work with me. I rebooked right then (the right night) and crossed my fingers. I cancelled with the booking site with the expected reply that my reservation was non refundable, however, they would check with the hotel directly. Before we went to sleep I already had the notice that the hotel had approved the refund. I'm so grateful and will always stay here when I come to the hospital.
In addition, the bed was comfy, the room very clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was much appreciated.

It’s very clean hotel room — really nice lady working downstairs for the breakfast service too
Offered us a to go bag, and we saw her taking great care with an elderly guest, which was very nice to see. Thank you!

Staff was very kind, the room was nice and clean. The hot tub was perfect. Less than a mile away from 6 flags discovery kingdom.
My only complaint is the complimentary breakfast.

It's not bad if you're not going to spend more than two days, but you can hear the neighbors and traffic all the time. And there is a drive-thru that sometimes blocks the exit of the hotel because it's in the same parking lot. Breakfast has a lot of choices, but it's really heavy.
I really don't like hotels with gross carpets in the room.

What a great hotel at such an affordable price point!
The hotel is brand new and so clean. There are sooo many amenities to take advantage of. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had - it’s made fresh daily and the menu changes every day. Damon M. was incredibly helpful and kind. He really does everything he can to ensure all guests have a comfortable, relaxing experience. Thank you so much!!
