Long story short: I couldn't come back from my vacation due to all the circumstances that has unfolded around the world recently for a WHOLE ADDITIONAL MONTH. My cat was gone from me for nearly 2 months!! It was a nightmare to go through all of this. The owner was humane with me and didn't ask for any additional days of pay other than the days we arranged before all this hit. I took a gamble with a pet care service in Vallejo (This city doesn't have many reliable services) I'm glad I did with this place. I will never forget this.

Do not take your dog here. Property is overgrown and falling apart, due to the drunk that runs the place. I had to put my dog down after I got him back from joie de vi, but I don't want to talk about that. Just trust me, pay more elsewhere.

I thought it was a good place at first and for the most part until A. My dog with horrible car anxiety instead of running to me ran to my car scratching at the door to get in. B. My dog was covered in urine completely soaked and was only boarded for 7 hours for 40$ and I let him keep the change to watch him extra.

Terrible place my dog was not feed lost 13 lbs in a week is loosing hair and lethargic DO NOT BRING PET HERE. I am on way to vet scared for my dog.
