Recommended by my insurance for a accident, G and C auto freak in Rocks!!! very professional, top quality work great employees, they will go above and beyond to make me happy, while the repairs were being done we had to leave the state for a family emergency, they agreed to keep my car safe at their shop until we returned, they could of charged us a storage fee but were nice enough to hold the car. I hope to not need a body shop again but if i do they will be my first choice and if anyone i know needs body work i will recommend them to anyone

I have had my car repaired here last yr. I had a pleasant experience. Because of that experience I decided to bring it here again for a new repair of the same car. This time I didn't have a flexible time of when I can drop my car at their shop so I delayed the work almost 3 months. Finally I decided I can drop the car off on a Friday, I was given a hard no from the rep I spoke with. Don't recall his name. I said I can maybe drop it off late Thursday which he also said no to. His reasoning was because they don't want to keep the car over the weekend. I responded that this has never been the case before. If you are open Monday to Friday you should be able to accept my vehicle on any of those 5 days. It's called customer service. I have taken my business to a different body shop and guess what, they accommodate my schedule. Klimisch has lost a loyal and returning client. Fyi the owner replied to this review and asked me to email him. I emailed him and got no response back. Just goes to show the effort they put into customer service. At this location

I wasn't aware that G&C contracted with Klimish to do any repairs to my vehicle. But if Klimish still has the same high standards that they had when my dad and I went to them 46 years ago I'm sure they still do excellent work today! Now that I think about it G&C probably had them check the front suspension.

Klimisch's has been the best auto body I've been to. Everyone that works there were very nice and professional. I thought my car was going to take longer to fix after they showed me all the damage my car got that I wasn't aware of. They were so efficient that I got my car back in less than a week! I'm so happy with their service. HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle here!
