The staff here is amazing and made me laugh again with all of the horrible stuff that came along with my car getting stolen. Victoria at the front desk made me feel heard and shared my frustration with what I was going through. She made sure to call me back when I hadn’t gotten through and made sure to give me consistent updates. When I arrived Kelly and Gary gave me such a warm welcome, making sure that my car was checked out and I got to say all of piece. The whole team let me know that I’ll be taken care of and checked in with me throughout me having to clean out my car. From taking pictures to helping with dump runs, these are an amazing group of people. Would come back to just say hello and make sure they are doing well.

Please don't ever take your care to this place. Why AAA recommends this place I have no idea. The person who fixed my car said he did a wheel alignment and lied. He turned around sent us to another place to have it done, the other place could not perform the alignment cuz my tie rods are no good. Now if this place said they did the wheel alignment. How did they miss my tire rods where no good. This place is no good they just did not want do the work that was required for the fact I think they don't no what there doing.

WARNING TO THE VALLEJO COMMUNITY It has come to my attention after choosing my hometown body shop that they refuse to fix and ERROR Placed by this body shop. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. After MULTIPLE VISITS countless errors and grueling communications with management 4 managers over they do not stand by their customers! It is with REGRET and saddened by the BAD BUSINESS practices of this once before staple in VALLEJO that I am REPORTING this HUGE error to the community. I will reach out to the news outlets to ensure the business practices are heard far and loud. The current acting manager (sept 2023) for one is pushy and practices against the clients yes AGAINST NOT FOR, he also files false claims voiding warranties for issues done by their body shop attempting to blame the client by blind siding us with false claims to our insurance so the liability doesn't land on them! He uses a pushy, sarcastic very unprofessional and uncomfortable manner toward a women. for one next Time I will be sure I am not alone as a man addressing a woman in this manner is very disturbing! I returned for the better of 6 visits to show the issue is not corrected better yet the bumper in the area that KLIMISH was responsible for CORRECTING is causing a gap & PAINT CHIP! The acting manager dove UNDER my car away from the area of concern and proceeded to make false accusations against me to turn and file a claim with false information. Mocked me by pointing at obvious rock chip and said "O are you going to BLAME us for this to" Confused and caught completely unaware I noticed he was attempting to make a scene and gesturing that this is my fault. FALSE AGAIN! Do yourself a huge favor...DO NOT TAKE YOUR BELOVED VEHICLE HERE!!!!

I had an appointment to drop off my car for damage repairs on 7/10/2023 scheduled through my Geico Insurance. I show up early Monday the adjuster goes to take a look at my vehicle take pictures and just complain of how much work it will be to fix the car's damages. (Huge Red Flag) But promises to send photos and an estimate to Geico. It has been 5 days and Geico sent me a message that Klimisch's-XD told them I NEVER MADE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT!!! Really Klimisch's-XD if you do not want to work on a car say that but don't lie and say a potential customer did not make it to the appointment. Especially when I checked myself in on your tablet you have on your front counter. Customer service is horrible it took a few minutes before someone even greeted us. After seeing all the other reviews I will never refer or take my car back here again. If I could give this place a zero review I would.

After a rough 24hrs (my apartment caught fire last night and we lost everything.) I had a minor inconvenience, and went to Klimisch because my driver's side window wouldn't roll back up. They were clearly busy, Jay came out to look into my issue and managed to solve my problem in under 3 minutes. Thank you Jay for your professional and friendly service! You have earned a lifetime customer and your biggest fan who will direct anyone I know of to patronize your establishment.

This is by far the best collision repair shop I have ever interacted with. I recently had my 2020 Rav4 Hybrid repaired here after getting side swiped while stopped at a stop sign entering onto HWY29 in American Canyon. To add to the joy of this experience, this was the last week of my lease. I run my own restoration and custom automotive paint shop, but due to my schedule, I would not have been able to do the repair myself in a timely manner. Over the past several years, I have heard from several clients that Klimisch's is a great business, so I decided to go there. Unfortunately, in this industry, there are repair shops that perform substandard repairs and unless you understand bodywork, it is easy to be taken advantage of. From the moment I entered Klimisch's I was amazed by the customer service. I geek out on anything automotive paint related, so I immediately looked at the shop area and it was extremely clean and organized. The paint booth is a high end booth and the equipment they use is all on the higher end of what is used in the industry. These things may seem trivial but I think of it this way, if a shop is dirty, unorganized, and filled with junk equipment it is a sign they don't take their profession seriously so why would they take your repair seriously? Throughout the repair process, I was continually updated via text and phone calls about where things were at. Each estimate update was accompanied by a detailed breakdown of parts and labor items. Working in the industry, I can attest to there being no shenanigans involved in their pricing and parts procurement. Most importantly, the final repair results were amazing. My car is a pearl tri-coat, which can be a nightmare to color match and blend, but the repair was seemless and indistinguishable from OEM. The attention to detail was very impressive, from finding exact emblem replacements, matching sensor connectors, etc, to get the car back to a new OEM condition. These things can easily be overlooked by customers and is one area where shops can pull a fast one on you since you can't see this part of the repair, but they took that extra time to make sure the repair was done properly even for things you cant see. I would feel totally comfortable recommending this business to family and friends and wish there was more I could do to express my gratitude. Being involved in a collision sucks enough as it is but having a shop like this available can make the process a little more bearable and they set a standard I will try to emulate in my own business. Thank you Klimisch's for everything!

You guys if you’re looking for a shop that cares genuinely about you and seem to be GOD fearing loving people this is the one. Jay was so nice he brought me to tears literally the passion he had for my situation and even the lady at the front I have never been to a place that carried a staff like these people and I thank GOD for them even though my car is totaled the experience and his words let me know to still be greatful. Thank you ?? Klimisch I will never forget.

Honestly super disappointed. Brought my car 4/10/23 and they kept giving me the run around and saying my car would be ready the next day. It wasn't and that went on for a full week. Until my insurance started talking to them and the manager agreed if my car wasn't done the following Monday they would be paying for my rental. Of course, they got it done. But the paint job is TERRIBLE. They sent a photo of what is supposed to be my car's hood and door waiting to be painted and it buffed out. However, when j received my car there is a bunch of little chips on the hood and he told me they are "previous rock marks" and they would have to strip the hood and buff it. But isn't that what they told me they did? To top it off, I had specifically set my broken mask in my center console with it sticking out just a tiny bit. I have photos with dates before I gave them my car. And there should not be ANY reason they needed to go in my center console. When I received my car the mask was sticking out way more than what I put it at, and a $2 bill (which are somewhat rare) is gone. I'm so disappointed and I'm speaking to my insurance about this. Because shame on them.

Given by the YELP reviews I should've avoided this place but Geico referred them after i had a Collison, needless to say , I will never return. I was given a vehicle ready date 4 times and each time there was a a problem as to why I couldn't get my car. Every time I would call the person who was looking after the vehicle, they would have the receptionist pass on a message because apparently he was too busy to answer my call which I knew wasn't true. Had me on hold for 20 minutes to find the person and I had to call back. The first day i drop the vehicle off, the techs were arguing and cussing each other out so loud the customers in the waiting area could hear. Had me waiting 20-30 minutes for a porter to drop me off at my house because they were "looking" for him. This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL . DO NOT GO HERE !

Klimish's is a terrible repair shop and ruined the ruined. They kept my car for months and did a poor job after all that time. Shame on them.

My daughter sustained very minor damage on her vehicle. We filed a claim with Geico and brought her vehicle to Klimisch's on a Wednesday (2-1-23) as they were a preferred Geico repair facility. The shop promised they would send photos and an estimate to Geico the same day. Well today is Saturday and Geico still has not received anything from Klimisch. They may be holding off on turning in the info to Geico until my daughter commits to them repairing her vehicle. Holding her hostage. Unethical.Today is 2-6-23, Klimisch still hasn't sent photos and estimate to Geico. My daughter personally sent in photos to Geico this date and Geico will prepare an estimate for us in the next 15 minutes I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Automotive Repair and California Department of Insurance.

Took my car here after i had an accident and i could not have went to a better place. From the moment i walked in to drop my car off Lily at the front desk gave such a warm welcome that made me feel like i was at the right place and they would definitely be taking care of my baby. Will was the man i was in constant contact with in regards to the repairs of my car and he too was so welcoming and knowledgeable and patient. My insurance company is so crapy and lavked the patience and ability to explain how this whole process of going through a shop that was outside of the recommended one but Will was very nice and made sure to text and email and even pick up the phone everytime i called. The office is clean and it doesnt take more than 10 minutes for someone to help or even acknowledge you once you step i to the office. If you want QUALITY service which us hard to find now a days please you wonte regret coming here. After i picked up my car will even told me to come back for them to shine the other headlight that was opposite of where i was hit in my accident.Services: Body & Trim
