“Tried this local cleaners for the first time. I only brought in a sweater to try it out. A lady checked in me in and she didn't appear to be too friendly. Very serious face. I requested it to be folded not hanged so it won't make a mark in the shoulders and she wrote it in my ticket. It wouldn't be ready for 3 days and I was not in a hurry. The price was a bit higher than I expected for a sweater compared to the other places in the area I've used. Upon pick-up a very nice gentleman helped me. He was very friendly and he retrieved my sweater and asked what color it was. I saw that it was hanged and he proceeded to fold it and wrapped it plastic. We even had some small talk and he was super nice. I would come back to this place again because it's very close and convenient plus the gentleman made my pick-up visit much more pleasant compared to the drop off. Hence the 4 star.”

“Sherry greeted me with a pleasant "hello". I asked her to alter a nylon waist belt for me. She had her seamstress fix it and it was ready for my pickup in a few days, at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend Gateway Cleaners!”

“Let me start off by saying, finding a decent cleaners is hard work! I read lots of reviews, so I can understand the hesitation consumers get. Vallejo Cleaners has been great in my short experience with them! They do alteration services as well as dry cleaning. My work clothes come out crispy and pristine every time! I definitely have no complaints and if anyone is looking for a new dry-cleaning service location, Vallejo Cleaners is where you need to go! Fun fact: you have the option to walk-in the location or pull-up through their drive-thru service window without having to get out of your vehicle. That's pretty cool if you ask me! Welp, just wanted to share my experience with the world. Hope you guys/gals find this review helpful :)”

“First time going here the attendant that was working the store was so nice and helpful. She offered to help me fold my clothes did in fact help me fold my blankets. The floor was super clean as well as all the machines. Definitely using again!”

“I've been to my share of laundromats around the country and I'm glad to have this place nearby, it's probably the best I've ever been to. Some machines were inoperable, that's normal. The prices seemed high but not unusually so. For me, I've got five kids at home and sometimes we fall behind on our routine by a week. That's almost insurmountable using our washer and dryer. That's ten loads. I can come here, do all the linens in a hundred pounds machine and drop everything else off at wash and fold. In about three hours I'm all caught up.The place is very clean, feels safe, and there are places to eat or shop within walking distance. It's right off the exit so easy to get to. This place is good enough that I don't have any reason to try anywhere else.”

“I never felt so welcomed in a laundry mat. I received a wonderful handwritten note. It's very clean and a clean restroom. The prices are very good. I especially liked that I could pay and start machines with an app on my phone. That was so convenient. It has such a pleasant and calm vibe.”
