Started out as a good experience. Then after purchasing a screen protector for $30, the person working behind the counter that sold it to me said that she would even put it on for me, I thought oh great it'll be on properly. Boy was I wrong she kept touching it and then got dust all underneath the screen protector and told me that if I was if she was going to give me another one that she would have to charge me for another one. No you messed it up you should have replaced it. Will never be back here again and wow I just I'm in awe at the other disregard for proper customer service.

Awful service. My bf had his SIM card transferred by the clerk. It took 20 minutes. At this store I had to reinstall all my apps which caused me a lot of stress and time. I had heck of a time reinstalling my Hotmail, asked sooo many questions like I had to answer dozens of questions. I don't know if it's because they're lazy or what. As you can see the owner/manager responded. I don't buy it. My bf had his apps transferred by the salesman before the SIM card was put in. He didn't need to install any apps, it's called data transfer. She's covering for the lazy salesperson, quite palpable.

The person female does not work professionally. She wanted to pick a fight, I needed help, and she said she couldn't help with blue tooth, so I called 611 , customer service sent me because whoever sold phone didn't transfer info from the other phone and my phone keeps saying Sim card misses, I had 2 problems! But she got saying strange things over the counter because her voice was messy up the 611 call ? She was mad and maybe hungry because she went on break as soon as the new friendly guy came back from lunch!

Their customer service game is Strong. I appreciate that being in the CS industry myself. Even with my annoying inability to clearly explain my needs... they helped me with a smile. Definitely the best metro I've been to thus far.

Enjoyed my experience here very well, the workers are very nice & so helpful. Came in to ask a question about my iPhone system update & the male worker answered my question & also gave me helpful tips about my phone! The store was also very clean and very well organized, the wall of cases & things looked very neat and colorful they have a lot of variety. Definitely will come here again .

Everytime I go in there, when having problems with my phone, oh Lord the guy that works there forgot his name, also helps me, love his caring to fix whatever my problem it is. I would recommend my family n friend to visit this store GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!ðŸ‘👠STORE ON TENNESSEE STREET!!
