Im disabled, and I found out that a staff at this store put in his year of birth 19851985 on my account ,also ordered a tablet on my account I was paying for 8 month with out my knowledge until the call center informed me about the tablet and why my bill went up, then I noticed when a older in his 60's look like guy came in he said he don't have nothing but one phone why his bill that much and how he take it off they told him to call customer service. This store is getting over on the elderly/ disabled coming a crime and we the people is paying for it....
As me get a bill we just pay it ..I called they didn't care or give me my money back. And me being a valuable customer over 15 years with 4-5 lines and the main line 2 changed numbers.
I know Metro need to investigate who worked there with a birthday 1985.... Because I have no family nor friends birthday that year odwr

I got immediate,friendly,knowledgeable customer service, at the metro by araceli and her boss I was done so fast,I was shopping at dad's longer than getting a new phone.

The customer service was exceptional. Despite the area of vallejo its located, it was extremely clean and profesional environment. Everything routinely santitized. I was helped by Uriel. He kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was overwhelmed with problems when i walked in, but he had patience and resolved everything quickly. Making it possible for me to handle the rest of my day. The manager was also very sweet and helpful, although I did not catch her name.Their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with the Metro on 3315 Sonoma Blvd was very pleasant.

My go to for mobile service. Even if they can't help they always steer me in the right direction. Tough neighborhood but excellent service. MO is great to work with.

So far this is the most coolest metro store in Vallejo. They always have great deals on phones/accessories and is willing to work with you most of the time. They are quick and I never have to wait too long. Other metro store in Vallejo are ok but for some reason to me they can do for me that other stores hesitate to do.
