As a walk in customer from South San Francisco, Metro PCS Vallejo ( Tennessee ) staffer ALEX helped me reduce my monthly bill ( being a metro PCS customer since 2008)...
She was 100% professional in answering ALL my questions about replacing my old Motorola phone...
She was attentive,kind and respectful...
I'm impressed!! Highly promotable!!!

The girls at this location, Alex and Jessica, are two of the BEST customer service reps I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were not only able to take care of my immediate needs for my plan, but signed me up for ACP, when No one from any other store could help me. Thank you both of you! You made my visit a pleasant and hassle free visit. And because of there great service, I'm going to get my 3 employees service through them, and this store.... they deserve a raise, to say the least!

I recommend this hole in the wall metro PCs store! Good customer service and very knowledgeable management on duty. Not the best location but it's next to a couple convenient services which it worth coming to this location but they do close later than most or all metro PCs stores in the City. However, I wouldn't recommend the store next to Cardenas because I've had a problem with my phone # being given out without my consent but the manager is helpful. Can't say who working there was responsible.
