Michaels is a store where you can find everything to create anything, from art supplies and yarn to party decorations and seasonal items. Customers describe it as a beautiful and nicely organized store with very friendly and helpful staff. Many find exactly what they need at a reasonable price, appreciate good quality store brands, and enjoy sales like seasonal items at 50% off. However, some note that prices have gotten a little high and report that lots of empty shelves are common, often leaving them unable to find specific items. It is also frequently mentioned that there is hardly anyone on the floor to ask for assistance, leading customers to go to the register for help. There is a lot of stock in this store but its a mess. Some employees are working hard but they are stressed. Self check out only. Not a fan of this one. JMO
