I would like to buy in that store but there is a staff that seems very despotic to me. I don't like their behavior and it bothers me even more that they advise each other in front of you and make fun of you. I will come back and be careful and do it to me again. Have more respect.

I find myself going to Big Creek several times a week due to the magnitude of projects I have going on in both my business and personal lives. I pay a bit more there, but go there for the service, especially Dennis. He is very knowledgeable and if he doesn't know the answer, he finds it. I went with 4 stars due to their hours. For me, my projects don't stop because it's 5:00 or because it's Sunday.

The staff was very helpful and Friendly. The store is extremely well kept up and the staff is very knowledgeable of what they have in the store. I would recommend this store to all my Friiends in the neighborhood. The parking lot is big and clean, I feel safe going in and out of this store.

4 people working all behind the counter, and only the woman worker helping a customer with a return. Three men workers either talking among themselves or one staring off into space and then aimlessly walked away. None acknowledged me, my husband and 100 year old mother standing in front of them waiting to be rung up. Not another sole around. Terrible...
