“Our Dad passed away last week and we needed to print out his obituaries. Of course, we waited until the morning of the memorial service to print. We went to OfficeMax to get some help and we were directed to use the self service printers. It didn't have many settings on it and because the obituary was front and back, we didn't think it'd print out correctly. A gentleman named Mel Hoskins approached us and asked if we needed help; we which desperately did. We explained the situation and he gave us a few suggestions. The PDF we created cut off during the initial print out so we had to fix it before we could continue printing. Mel was patient the entire time. He suggested different solutions and explained why the format needed to be the way it needed to be. As a result, the obituary format was fixed and we got 50 copies printed right then and there. Mel's customer service was exceptional. On such a tough day, he was patient, caring, and willing to walk us through each obstacle we faced. I don't know if there's an employee award or recognition he can receive, but if there is, please acknowledge Mel. Mel, thank you again for your patience and kindness.”

“We have leased equipment from Caltronics for at least 10 years. Just recently we upgraded our equipment and there were issues. Caltronics immediatly picked up our machine and replaced it. Their service is always prompt, they are easy to reach and a great company to do business with. I would recommend them 100%!”

“I have always owned La-Z-Boy and this is not my first experience shopping and purchasing here. I was in the need to replace my currant sofa also a La-Z-Boy it had run its lifespan. I wanted a exact replacement and I was thrilled that my model was still being manufactured. So my search was easy Danny the sales rep was there to help guild me thru my purchase and he was awesome at showing me the currant fabric choices an the he pointed out all the fantastic extras that Lay-Z- boy has come up with ( I was lucky they had a floor model of the sofa I had my heart set on but in a different material. ) There was no high pressure sales pitch or confusing jargon just straight out good service. After much thought and a good deal of time with my family tiring all the bells and whistles which they of course loved. Danny was able to put together a a reclining sofa that not only fit the bill he was able to help me stay in my budget and add some of the extras that I wanted to add that somehow for my family situation are actually necessities. I know why for 30 plus years I have always stayed with La-Z-Boy there product is just superior and I know why I shop at the Fairfield location the service is top notch and very personalized. Big Shout out to the staff that I had the pleasure of encountering during my visit.”
