I wish I could -5 stars. Completely unethical, rude. Never provides written estimates or costs. Tiny sign shows storage fee but not really visible to general public. And the amount told vs what is on sign are different. Storage fee bring requested we’re far and away above what is legal to charge in California.

I would give zero stars. Completely unethical behavior and are scamming my sick and elderly parents out of an extra money. My dad had initially brought a truck in for repairs. But unfortunately, while the work was being done, he got sick and had to have multiple surgeries. When we showed up to pay the invoice when we realized what was going on with the truck, they demanded an extra $2500 in “storage fees” that our family was never notified of. Initially they claimed $25,000 in storage fees or they were going to take the truck and sell it. I would stay far away from this place.

We took our vehicle in to have A/C repaired. There was no written repair estimate given. After repeated attempts to find out what the final costs were and phone calls made to contact the Quintero's, no contact was ever made. I never received a notice of storage fees. My family stepped in to help me and finally bill arrived with Notice of a Lien Intent came in the mail., giving us 2 days to pick up the vehicle or Lien would be placed on vehicle. When we went to pick up vehicle, Quintero's wanted much more money than cost of repairs plus storage. They refused to release vehicle..... we ended up paying $1,500 extra to end our relationship with this rude, unethical company!

Extremely helpful and reliable and was willing to work with me over a long period of time, the work they did was amazing at price no one else was giving me and being honest about, I had major back end damage to my vehicle and they made it look like it never happened and did a great job on the painting, my number 1 choice for advice and work

Man these two brothers are great at what they do. If your looking for body work or automotive this is the most honest and upscale place to be. Prices are reasonable and the environment was clean. They do fantastic work. The hyundai dealer in Vacaville damaged my car and quinteros Brothers brought me back. Highly recommend this business

This business is run by a father and his two sons, they are wonderful. My car was a complete restoration. The car sat in a field for many years and it was a mess. Quinteros not only did the paint and body work, they helped put back together and restore the interior too. They are honest, knowledgeable and hard working. I am so happy with how my car turned out and with their service. Their prices are fair, they kept me updated and finished the job when they said they would. Customer Service is liars, mechanic and body work is horrible, my personal property became missing out of my car... Beware dont trust these people they will rip you off and smile at the same time this shop is 100% liars, thieves and work is complete garbage. Save yourself a headache and do not go to these people or they will screw you

It was great working with Ignacio and Irwin who recently worked on my bucket that im using as a commuter. They were very professional,knowledgeable and willing to work within my budget. Their shop is neat and they have different sections for electrical work, different for bodywork and another area for what looked like mechanical stuff. Waiting area and office is beautiful like being at of those new dealerships.They had great customer service and it was easy to communicate.Will be seeing them again soon.
