I called around to a few shops and Regal was able to fit me in the same day and accommodate an estimate immediately. They also worked with my insurance company which made everything super simple. I would go back and recommend this place to everyone!

These guys are great. I had a paint defect on my Ford Escape and they helped me find a fix for it that worked for me. They did a beautiful job and I am thrilled with it. I would certainly use their shop in the future.

My Ford Edge lift gate was damaged when I drove out of my garage with the lift gate up. Ouch! The glass was shattered, the windshield assembly was broken off, and the windshield wiper motor was also pulled out of the lift gate!I had Safelite replace the glass, but they could not replace the windshield assembly and motor. I took my Ford Edge to one Auto Body shop, they didn't want to make any repairs, they just wanted to order the entire lift gate and replace it.... for over 2,500.00Then later I was referred to Regal, they initially wanted to replace the lift gate, but after some discussion they looked further into repair for me. The end result was a great repair for under $500.00. They even buffed out some scratches.I'm 71 years old and this was the best auto collision repair experience of my life. If you go, ask for Bill, he was great!

My truck was brought to their shop For repairs from a accident caused by Tie rod Breaking, they said frame was not damaged, but the entire front suspension needed rebuilt.I took the truck to another shop. Only to find out regal Gave me false information, the frame was damaged.

If I could I would give a 0 star they were very rude and disrespectful to their customer Cussing and using foul language because they can't seem to remember what they did with paper work, telling the customer to "get the fuck out of the office they have better things to do" Not very good business "owner" if you ask me if you are going to blame your age on things then maybe you shouldn't be working anymore and get some help.

Great experience getting 2 of our vehicles repaired. With our Volkswagen it ended up being totaled and they helped with the insurance company negotiation tremendously. With our Toyota pickup they’ve gone above and beyond getting it fixed!!

My truck was not able to be fixed by some of the other body shops even the Dealership couldn't figure out how to fix my steering column issues, These guys at Regal had know problem figuring it out and correcting the issue they understood exactly what I was explaining to them and what I was experiencing. They walked me through the process in such a knowledgeable and professional way I will definitely use them again when needed and recommend them to whoever needs body work.Thanks guys you Rock

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR/TRUCK/SUV!!Unauthorized usage of my vehicle adding 70+ miles to my car.. About 15,000k in repairs. Respectfully questionable of their honesty and respect to the customer. Even as I complained about the usage of my vehicle and the mileage. It was denied by the employees Jim and Bill denied, strung that test drives are only 5-7 miles. Kirk came out of the garage stating “I test drove the hell out of that car”. Not to mention that I seen Kirk driving my vehicle in town and did not even inform me of this. Also, adding a puncture hole in my driver seat. Unfortunately it is sad that they could not even replace the gas that they used as a test drove the hell out of my car. Please respectfully take your vehicle somewhere else. Anywhere but, Here!!Service: Body & Trim

They fixed my car after I hit something. I have aftermarket fog lights on my car which they ordered from a place that is out of stock, gave me the car back when the repairs were NOT complete and told me they'd call when the light came in. My right side blinkers were also not working properly. For several months I asked them to cancel the order, and order it from several places that I found for them because they refused to take any action. Although they agreed to do that, they did nothing for another month. At this point they had already been paid for a job and were refusing to finish it. They wasted my time and efforts in locating the part. They were full of excuses like they couldn't call the supplier and cancel an order for a part they did not have and had no plans of re-stocking. This wasn't a supply issue or any of the other excuses they gave. This was simply people being too lazy to cancel an order and reorder it from somewhere that had the part in stock, which I found 3 of for them. They said "this is why we don't like working on aftermarket stuff.", but they didn't seem to mind when I brought the car to them for an insurance job. Today, I had to drive down to the shop because I had been lied to on the phone several times about their intentions to fix the problem. At this point rather than try and complete the job they were already paid for, or right their own failures, I was issued a check for the price of the part and told to find the part myself. They had fixed 1 of my other cars in the past which I payed out of pocket and the work was OK, The difference is you pay for that when you pick it up. This was an insurance job and once they got paid, they had no interest in completing the job. I had to report this to my insurance company as well. I was a repeat customer. I have a lot of cars, but I will never go to Regal again. I would have taken my car elsewhere if I knew I was going to get the run around and an incomplete job. EDIT: I was issued a check on Tuesday9/6/22. Today is Friday 9/9/22. It took 3 days to get these lights delivered to my house. They couldn't do it in 3 months. No supply chain issue as they claim. None of the excuses they gave me are honest. They just refused to lift a finger for the job because they already got paid.

They dropped me like a hot potato after my truck's catalytic converter was stolen while in their possession inside their fence. I was told, "It is your responsibility. We have signs posted everywhere that we are not responsible for damage or theft to your vehicle." To make matters worse, there were no converters available for my truck. Finally, after 3 months with an undriveable truck, I found a muffler shop that was able to build a converter to fit my truck. Regal accepted no responsibility. I was forced to use my insurance and pay $1000.00 deductible for the new converter. Character or lack of character counts when doing business. Lesson learned. Addendum: Note that the owner still accepts NO responsibility! Amazing.
