This Rite Aid stereotype. Just because they see a family going in, they assume they're going to steal, when literally they can't just assume unless you see them acting suspicious or if you seen them pocketed something already.

This store is short staffed. There's an older woman/cashier that was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. She had the nerve to yell at me for not putting the cart away.

There is no care or concern for the customer at this Rite Aid. It's truly sad. I stopped by to pick up a birthday card. Got to the register and they were out of receipt paper. The CSR never stated this just said ok ,when the transaction was completed on her end. Then I tried to purchase a bag of cheese crisp which were clearly displayed in the front of the store. Yet I wasn't able to buy them as the item was not in the store system. Sheesh

So yesterday, I was in search of a filter for Brita. Went everywhere, and nothing. I called Rite Aid here off Sonoma and 14th and this extraordinary employee, Alma went on a hunt in the store. She not only found me the filter but offered other options and saved them for me till I arrived. Great customer service followed with kindness, solutions, results, and a smile. Thank you for making my day, Alma!

I've been going to Rite Aid for about 10yrs. They are friendly and helpful. I remember the bag shortage...it wasn't too bad, especially with others dumping bags on Solano...at least for a while it stayed clean.I love that they have Amazon Lockers and the store has discounted mdse..GREAT DEALS

There drivethru is worse thing they have while you pickup and leave nobody can see the traffic coming from other direction and top of they never have medicine in stock .

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They ring you up but don’t include a bag. I guess I can afford my purchase but not a .20 bag? Weird. Should’ve done your job correctly and just included it. It’s .20. I had to walk out with no bag. Wasn’t a big purchase but I was running errands. I’ll now have to stop at home first, inconvenience myself since they couldn’t just ring me up for a bag?? They gotta do better. Maybe if they STAYED OFF THEIR PHONES they’d do the job right. That goes for the OG ladies with the curly grey hair and glasses. Everyone was on ‘break’ at the counter. Just lazy and bad workers, honestly.

I've had very negative experiences with the pharmacists. They are always in a bad mood and treat the customers poorly. I've had issues many times receiving my medication at this location because they constantly have "system issues" and they're not able to get the order from my doctor.

Trying to get a hold of the pharmacy to refill my prescription Friday early was trying to call and call and call no answer no answer so I got off work drove to the pharmacy drive-through talk to the pharmacist told them there's something wrong Normans answering my phone calls now I can't refill my prescription That I need very badly it's not pain medication he told me he might be filled by Monday but I called today tried to call today still no answer on the phone so I had a friend call for me from his phone to find out if he can get through this on the same number and he did they're blocking me

Went in there today and my question is why would you post yellow sale tag before day of sale . I bought a few products that had yellow tag and when it didn't ring up half off the loud a** lady I think her name jamiere whatever it is mentioned they were short staff and put 'em up for tomorrow. Ok so why couldn't y'all wait till store closed. If that's case you should honor coupon because now you putting up fake ads. She mentioned next week her last week . Ok as long as I been coming to rite aid you ain't worked there no more than a year so Good bye . Store definitely need some better employees.
