I come here today to buy gifts and the one casher a lady is bz and the male is not and I asked him if ur bz he said he's bz only folding the shirt I leaved it I'm a customer and he is not polite.Ite not right he can't attend on me check ur camera what he done ✅ many lost a job but he don't care for the customer pay ther salary .God bless u the one who treat me wrong all the times .sad no integrity no care to owner .😇😞

Ross in Vallejo is One of My Favorite Ross Stores out of about 4 other Ross Stores that I stop by when in the area! The Manager Yendry Hyatt in Vallejo is Amazing always so Pleasant to her Employees and Customers! Great Leadership! Yendry is Busy and on the move in that Store making a Difference each day! The Store is neat, clean and organized. The Store is always Busy thank you to the Cashiers the line wait to purchase is short! The Ross employees are very Pleasant and Helpful! Love Shopping at Ross in Vallejo! Lots and Lots of Product! Looking forward to Fall and The Christmas Season!♥️

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE MEXICAN: On May 1st at around 3:30 PM, my mom and siblings went into the store to return an item. While completing said return, my 11 year old sister overheard one associate (a white lady, brown hair, freckles) state to another (asian lady), it’s THAT Mexican family again”, in a nasty tone all while staring them down. I wasn’t there to see this but I believe the associate knew what she was doing, she knew that they wouldn’t speak up. My family has never once been rude, disrespectful, or even a disturbance. I have no idea what prompted this incredibly disrespectful and racist comment but it is unacceptable. Trying to handle this maturely, I called and spoke to the manager in which all I got was “you can call corporate” and “i’m sorry about that”

Right now, it's a little crazy. With it being holiday time people shop and sort of throw things anywhere. I did see some great deals on coats and shoes.

I hated that I wanted to exchange an item, and they only wanted to give me 13 dollars back. Even though I had paid 40 dollars. They said, "Since I didn't have a receipt," which is ridiculous since the item still had all the tags and had never been used.

Ross is already pretty on point when it comes to really nice coats, jackets and sweaters at stupidly affordable prices. But have you been to THIS Ross?? They had so many brands I’ve never seen before not directly from the retailer. Northface, Fabletics, Gucci, Spyder…. I got about 15 namebrand, sweaters and jackets for less than $200. This was my best shopping hall ever. ❤️?
