They treat everyone like they're criminals. I wanted to use self checkout because I'm very particular about my bagging and was refused (there was one other person at a machine and no line) then after going to the register back in the middle of the store with my 1 year old (who was tired from shopping) they didn't believe I bought everything and made me scan a receipt to leave. Only morning shift treats people like this I've NEVER been treated like that in the afternoon. I drive to Glen cove because usually I get treated better and today just sucked.

I'd like to thank Julie in the pharmacy at Safeway. She was so conscientious and thorough about my order. I got the impression that she cares about her job and the people who rely on her.

The only pharmacy staff member that is very helpful/competent is Nina. Nina has great customer service skills and gets the job done.

I love everyone at this pharmacy. They know my name and all of my family. They even remember my clients. If Imnglad walking through the store and I or my family have something ready and they see me they will remind me by saying hey Shante you have a med ready. Ive been going here for years and even when I moved to Fairfield I kept them as my pharmacy bit Imnglad glad I moved back to town because that was not convienent. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Thanks y'all.

Worst customer service!! Went in to assist my dad with getting his medications. The pharmacist said there was a problem with the billing and insurance and that she can't do it right now because it will take 10-20 minutes per prescription. I asked her if we can get it tonight or tomorrow and she said she doesn't know, I can call back tomorrow and ask. She left to go on the computer and I was trying to ask her another question but brushed it off, she was very rude to me and even said "can't you see we're busy, there's a line." I didn't get the pharmacists name. :/

Customer service is really bad here. I hope corporate see this review. I would get rid of customer service and save some money. Lay some people off it probably benificial to the company

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. There is absolutely no reason prescriptions should take so long to fill 5 hours?? WTH?? The manager Mike acted he didn't care. He was like SO...What ,Your Prescription still wont be ready for another hour after our lunch. MY dentist called this in at 9am.... NO REASON, NO REASON AT ALL TO TAKE SO LONG TO FILL TWO COMMON PRESCRIPTIONS.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR ENERGY HERE

Pharmacist Nina insisted that I call corporate headquarters for my own medical records, then abruptly hung up before I had a chance to speak. I'm guessing this kind of behavior is on par with the quality service I should expect here. Unbelievable.

Gotta be one of the worst Safeway's in America. Waited in line 20 mins just so they could close the register. They couldn't move slower if they tried.

At approx 5:25 today, in the Vallejo store that my family spends hundreds of dollars each month, I had the worst customer service at the pharmacy counter I've ever received. My sister and I approached the counter to ask about a cough medicine for my 80 year old mother when trying to get the attention of one of the clerks I noticed that she was ignoring us, when we got her attention she barley turned her head to speak to us. In fact, she didn't look away from what she was doing which was about two feet from the counter opening we were standing. Before we could complete our sentence, she interrupted and sent us to a health food store. She didn't ask why we were asking or make alternative suggestions. She never really looked up until she noticed my tone. By that time, I was comparing her to the wonderful team at the deli- who was more than to assistance in completing a purchase. It was painfully obvious that we were bothering her, in addition, she felt it wasn't necessary to show us a modicum of respect or courtesy. Dear Pharmacy Manager, it is your responsibly to to train each and everyone of your staff that customers matter, ALL customers should feel comfortable approaching your team to get the advise needed, especially at the pharmacy when people are caring for themselves and/or family members that aren't feelIng we'll or are in need of advise for medicines that you sell and dispense. Any Medical Professional will tell you that.
