Didn't have a good experience here today which is a shame cause it's so expensive. You'd think they would give better service considering how expensive it is but apparently not.
Anyway all three workers u encountered were rude and unfriendly and acted like I was stealing from the lockbox when all I wanted was to keep my body wash w me
And I was waiting in line and a cashier opens up the guy behind goes ahead. I can't blame him but she should have called out "next" and instead just speaks to him in Spanish

The new manager Michelle is unprofessional, rude and treats her employees like trash. She came up to her employees while my husband and I were asking them questions and she yelled/cursed. at all of them in front of myself and other employees. When I spoke with some of the employees about her, they stated she gets a lot of HR complaints, is rude to customers on the phone and has no bedside manners. I shop at Safeway daily and many of the employees told me that if I were to go in there again that’s she’d kick me out because I store up for the staff. Hopefully she gets the training and guidance she needs to be a better leader. As of right now, she’s just an embarrassment to Safeway.

The store has really declined in service. Also the very basics are locked up and it takes almost five minutes to wait for assistance to unlocked dental flossers. I am going back to Winco in Vacaville.

Michelle in the Bakery Department, I hope you find a job that makes you happy. It saddens me to see someone make their lively hood somewhere that makes them miserable enough to take it out on the customers. This life is too short. Find something that brings you joy! My prayers are with you!!!

Great place to go if you'd like to get assaulted by a homeless man or by the security guard who will tell you, "Does this badge say Safeway" when first entering the building. All of these positive reviews are fake, this location is famous for shootings and stabbings. It's gotten so bad they don't even allow you to exit the building without walking to the opposite corner of the store.
Somebody needs to fire the young, tall, skinny, African-American security guard (who wears a beanie that makes him look like he's going to rob the place) before he causes a serious conflict. I'm a light-skinned African American man and I've never felt so enraged by being a grocery store. I've had homeless people call me slurs while stealing donuts and this man will laugh and watch.

This review is specifically for the Starbucks employee , Kayla! Most people ignore kids or treat them as less than but they went above and beyond to help my nephews out and even offered them a sample of any pastry of their liking. Thank you Kayla so much!

Such a disgusting and poorly ran store. Everything is constantly disorganized which can partly be credited to the majority of the clientele being repulsive but it's also obvious no one is taking pride in merchandizing the displays here. It's is set up like a jail. One entrance is completely blocked off as an emergency exit only. Forcing you to exit the store the same way you came. If you walk into the store and they dont have what you need or you need to go back to your car to get your wallet you're forced to walk all the way to the other end of the store through a chaotic self check out then back to the other side of the store where you entered from. Again the low quality clientele is partly to blame here but if there was better service there might not have been so much shoplifting. Employees avoid customers like the plague here. Good luck getting help at the deli and when you do it's usually a really uncomfortable experience. I watched an elderly customer struggle with self check out waiting for help while the attendant scrolled their phone. I had a price discrepancy on an item because of a poorly placed sign and was treated like a criminal by Verushka the front end manager who must really dislike her life. By far the most rude employee here. The worst attitude you can imagine. Albertsons should close this location before it does further damage to their image.
