“Update. Lock was replaced, new keys. Pleased eith the service offered. Floors had just been mopped at move-in. Unfortunate coincidence but no one at fault. But the keys given with their locks are super flimsy. I broke it off in the lock using normal pressure. Just one key left, so I have to be super careful. I'm afraid it's going to bend just being on my keychain.”

“I can't say enough good things about Magdalene! She made the entire process so easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way and always quick to answer my questions. The move-out process, which I expected to be a hassle, went smoothly thanks to her. On top of being so organized and professional, she was genuinely caring and so nice to talk to. You can tell she truly looks out for the people she works with. Highly recommend!”

“I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong location so I called the customer service help line and I was quickly answered by a very helpful young gentleman named Jong. He was very friendly even though I was calling at a fairly late hour of the night and did not hesitate to help me reconcile my situation. He quickly cancelled my reservation for the incorrect location and just as quickly set me up with a new reservation at the correct location. He also left a detailed message with the onsite property manager for the incorrect location and I should be receiving a full refund on the initial payment made for that location within 5 to 7 business days. Thank you Jong for your help it is greatly appreciated.”

1080 Magazine Street, Vallejo CA 94591
“The place was good. Some conflicting information came from the general telephone people. Inner-company communication issue seemed to be coming from headquarters not knowing the correct hours of accessibility at desired location I went to today. Extended hours were not offered, but told they were by general operator. Jeff from Vallejo Magazine street location was able to correct my understanding to align with the policy that they operated under after that call ended. Jeff was the most helpful person I could have asked for. He went above and beyond for me. I could not have been successful with out him today. He saved this customer from walking out in frustration and ensured smooth onboarding with outstanding customer relation skills and capability. Thank you Jeff!!!”
