“I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong location so I called the customer service help line and I was quickly answered by a very helpful young gentleman named Jong. He was very friendly even though I was calling at a fairly late hour of the night and did not hesitate to help me reconcile my situation. He quickly cancelled my reservation for the incorrect location and just as quickly set me up with a new reservation at the correct location. He also left a detailed message with the onsite property manager for the incorrect location and I should be receiving a full refund on the initial payment made for that location within 5 to 7 business days. Thank you Jong for your help it is greatly appreciated.”

“I’ve only been using this Public Storage location for a few weeks, but so far it’s been a really solid experience. The manager has been great—very helpful, attentive, and easy to work with, which made a big difference getting everything set up.
The only hiccup I ran into was during the initial electronic registration. There were some connectivity issues that made the process a bit frustrating at first, but once that was sorted out, everything else has been smooth.
The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels secure. Even though the surrounding area isn’t the best, I haven’t had any concerns about safety inside the property.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable storage option.”

“Used a 5x10 inside unit for 1 year. Check in and check out were really simple. It's not super temperature controlled but it was never extra hot when I went to put something in/take something out. My unit was never tempered with and all my stuff stayed more or less clean. Would use this place again if I needed storage options.”
