If you have direct pay from your bank account your hours to get into your storage is extended which is great since I'm stuck in traffic and most of my tools for work I pick them up the day before work.”

“Life savers!! After another storage container company left us in a big problem, TPU came to the rescue. We were set to participate in a fundraiser selling fireworks for the 4th of July when the container company I had booked since the beginning of June pulled out on the 27th, the day before we were going to get the merchandise we needed the container for. I spoke with Dave Snyder who was prompt and returned calls and emails quickly. They were able to get us a container by Friday June 30th saving our participation in the fundraiser. The contract was straightforward and even though it was more than we were going to pay, we actually had a container instead of "sorry" and no ability to make money in our fundraiser. Don, the delivery driver was also super cool, helpful, put the container right where it needed to be, super communicative, arrived right when he said he would, and then picked it up right when he said he would. Overall, a great experience.”

Prior to that they were rundown and there were reported instances of theft, adding to the problems was the main gate being out of commission for at least a month! I guess I was partially lucky as I was storing a vintage automobile outdoors and under covers but did not experience any problems for the 2+ years of my tenancy.”

“No Leasing office on premises and website didn’t say anything about it. I had to make calls until I found someone to help! ( customer service) there was no welcome to kit as stated! When the leasing office finally called back he was rude and I was told that’s why we have you come down to this office. Very poor service !”
