“This is the most amazing and personable place to have your storage unit. My husband and I had the worst mishap in moving and our cat somehow hitched a ride in furniture and made it to the storage facility. When we realized he was missing I went back and Dan helped me with my unit and we didn't find him. I left always wondering if he was in there but continued my search else where not thinking he could have traveled 15 miles. Well 8 days into my search for him Dan remembered me, my description of my cat and FOUND OUR EMAIL, to tell us he found our cat hiding out in the facility ALIVE. From then on, Dan went and helped me to try and retrieve my cat in every single way imaginable with patience and care going way beyond when I would expect, especially because he didn't have to. When I had a hard time getting him, they let me leave water and food and then the next day Daisy help me with the same passion and care and kindness when I was unable to retrieve him, they let me leave a trap. Daisy continued to give him water throughout the night when it would run out again just going beyond what I would've ever expected from anybody especially especially in her time off. This is just a wonderful place to have storage but just a wonderful place with human beings that really care for the people that are coming in and out of their facility even though we live in Dublin, we are keeping our storage unit there because of everything that they have done as well as just a reliability of the Unit. Our stuff has been there for two years with no water damage no type of issues of any sort, there's no better place that you would try and storage and there are no better managers than Dan and Daisy seriously I can't thank them enough. They took so much stress off of me and I was finally able to get my cat, healthy and alive because of them.”

“I have storage my stuff in this place for like 2 years is clean and seems to be safe the only thing I don't like is that the elevator that is close to my unit doesn't work sometimes but they repaired them most of the time the same day ,also I look other storages around the area and this one is the most affordable”

“Excellent facility. The packing store has everything you need and you should definitely take advantage of it. When you are moving stuff around. You can buy boxes and then any boxes you don't end up using. They will buy back. They also have a box recycle bin so if you've got used boxes you can put them in there and other people will pick them up.
The big carts are outside. If you need a lot of boxes and other materials. My girlfriend and I go estate sales and garage sales and on occasion we will buy box of 100 sheets of packing paper and they'll take us about a year or two to go through.
Easy to get to. Not far from the freeway.”
“Renu the manager was great over the phone, extremely pleasant in person and very flexible with our need for an urgent parking storage space for a small RV/camper van. She was also able to accommodate a last minute challenge with tow truck access to our designated spot and gave us an alternative location without any to do! Facility is clean and organized with secure gate access in/out. Customer service was key and I would definitely recommend for that reason alone!”
“No words for the forklifter guy. He is too good in his work. He came at 7AM and started right after that. Unloaded 2 of our trucks in 45 mins. We tryckers hardly find this type of forklift guy in our day to day life. Please keep your good work like this. Really appreciated.

“We recently moved across country. Decided to use Chipman as they are affiliated with United van lines. Driver John was very professional and hired excellent help. Quenisha customer service was also amazing. Very thorough follow through and constant contact. She must've called me five times. The pick up was done at the time stated and the load was loaded. Very efficiently delivery was made within the given time frame, John and Juan unloaded it very fast, everything was great until I started to unpack the following day. Unpacking my TV. I noticed that there was some damage. I called Quenisha and explained the problems. She told me she would get in touch with claims. Claims then sent me a form to fill out which I filled out and emailed back. I received a response from claims with a number that was much lower than I anticipated, I contacted Quenisha and she said she would call claims and have them get in touch with me. Within five minutes I received a call from Bret claims, I then explained my side of the view which she listened to patiently. She then stated that she would talk to her manager and get back to me. Within a couple of hours she did call me back telling me that they would cover the entire amount. I judge a company not by how they do regular business but how they do business when there are problems. This company stepped up to the plate and did the right thing. A big thank you to John, Quenisha and Bret”
