She was also able to accommodate a last minute challenge with tow truck access to our designated spot and gave us an alternative location without any to do! Facility is clean and organized with secure gate access in/out. Customer service was key and I would definitely recommend for that reason alone!”

They estimated our home’s contents (though we ended up over), loaded our stuff into a 50 ft trailer, moved us interstate, and then unloaded. The movers were professional, the coordinator had great communication throughout, and the whole thing went off seamlessly. I would say that it wasn’t cheap, for sure, but this was the best move I’ve experienced. Highly recommend.”

“I just bought my first travel trailer, and needed somewhere to store it. A-1's rate, if I pay for a quarter in advance, beat some locations I found that were five to ten times further away from me. They don't have a sanitary dump station, which would've been nice, but their layout and the way it integrates into the streets around them makes their lot surprisingly easy to get in and out of, even with a pretty ridiculously sized trailer. The parking area is well arranged, well-maintained, and paved with tamped-flat gravel, with no visible ruts and even clear and neatly painted lines denoting the edges of each space. It's almost impossible to miss the many camera stations all over the lot, which inspires a lot of confidence.The staff have so far been great to work with. The workflow is mostly done on paper, and there is a physical facility key, but they've been very responsive and flexible and I can't imagine that doing things digitally would offer much improvement. Signup was very straightforward, and we walked through how best to get my trailer into its space in the lot and test-parked it to make sure it would fit easily.I could not be more pleased. Well, okay, technically maybe I could be a little more pleased, but it'd take me some effort to even think how.”

“Just rented a space in this business. My old place was nothing compared to this one at all. Everything was smooth online , reserved the size I need. Next day came in and the manager Elsie was super friendly. AllMy questions answered and explained all rules. Place is super clean. Can’t believe I last so many years in my last one. When opened the door at the new place the impression I got was like the stuff members really take care of all units. Couple hours later came back to the unit to arrange boxes and ran to the manager again in the hallway cleaning around the buildings. I definitely recommend this place and I’m sure will be here for many years.”
