Went here for a hair color, it was my first time. When the vietnamese lady started bleaching my hair, she didn’t cover the parts in my skin properly that needed to be covered and the bleach stayed there on my back neck and ears for a while long until it felt like burning my skin. I told the lady about it and she fixed it but my skin was already feeling irritated. She also always rushes doing my hair whenever she sees customer, and when she does brush my hair, or bleaching or try to fix it through cutting she always pulls my hair aggressively and she doesn’t do it gently. Her nails also kept touching my scalp scratching it and it felt hurt stinging. It should be common sense to do your customers hair gently no matter what. I feel like the lady who did my hair had a problem with me or she doesn’t wanna do my hair since bleaching and dying takes too long for her which I understand because it’s tiring and doing everything by yourself is stressful but then I feel like she’s letting out her stress on me by doing my hair so aggressively which I know she definitely knows what she’s doing because my head would be going the direction she’s pulling my hair, it hurts a lot and I’m very disappointed with how they do your hair here.

I would give 0 stars if there is an option here’s why:
Me and my uncle went to this shop for haircut and there are 3 other ladies waiting for haircut. Hairstylist told us to wait for 20 minutes and that we will get our haircut.
Guess what happened:
50 minutes passed by and only 1 lady among the 3 got haircut and the stylist was jumping between other customers who were doing some nails and stuff.
Don’t waste your time at this place. Your time is much more worthwhile elsewhere. I wanted to see if things changed over here after reading several reviews on google. Nothing changed, be prepared to waste your time if you choose to still go. Plus try to go around off times like 11am Monday ( as per what she quoted being less busiest time).

Anytime I go to this salon the two ladies in the front talking about me and looking me like alíen 👽 an I do have n appointment today at 3:10 an I was there sitting 🪑 and more people come in an they both employees started taking a customer when they knew I was there waiting for 78 minutes?they discriminated me?👎

The hair stylist that cut my hair was very unprofessional. She was chatting loudly with her friend on the phone while cutting my hair and stopping every 30 seconds just to chat with her friend. It made the haircut take longer to finish than it needed to be.

I strongly advise against visiting this particular salon. In my experience, it's an absolute waste of both your precious time and hard-earned money. The services provided there have a reputation for leaving customers dissatisfied and often result in damaged hair that you'll undoubtedly regret. Trust me, you'll be much better off seeking a more reputable salon with skilled professionals who can ensure a positive and satisfying experience. They dont have a good customer service.

This salon was a complete disaster, and I must say, it was far from satisfactory. The overall experience left much to be desired. The service was subpar, and the end result was far from what I had hoped for. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality hair care.

This salon is a disaster. I came here hoping to enhance my appearance, but instead, they made my hair look worse. I strongly advise against going here; it's a complete waste of money and time. The service is subpar and disappointing. CLOSE YOUR SALON!!!!

I went to this salon, and they completely ruined my hair and left severe burns on my forehead. The staff showed a complete lack of professionalism and skill. The experience was not only physically painful but emotionally distressing as well. This establishment should be closed now so that no other Filipino will be a victim of this salon.It's shocking that such a place is allowed to operate. I strongly advise against anyone considering this salon for any kind of service. It's a complete waste of time and money, and the results are far from what you'd expect from a professional establishment.I sincerely hope this place is shut down immediately to prevent others from experiencing the same nightmare I went through.

I would not suggest getting your hair done unless Kim is there. I went and had Kathy do it and she messed up my hair. The highlights aren't blended well and I originally was blonde. She put brown hair dye then attempted to strip it out with bleach, water and shampoo. My hair is super damaged. It literally feels and looks like cup of noodles when wet.
