Friendly staff. Quality work. They even cleaned the inside of my car afterwards.
My tail light was smashed by a homeless woman in Oakland. There was some body damage surrounding the tail light. They got the dent out, replaced the tail light, painted it, and calibrated the tail light sensors to make it look like nothing ever happened. Great work.

My wife's car got into an accident and as usual I always brought my car to Sonoma Auto Collision. They are my preferred shop since I moved here in Vallejo in 2005. After the guy from the insurance company send me an estimate I got a call from John and we discuss it over the phone. They are parts on the estimates which is after market. John told me that he will not allow after market parts to be installed on our car. All parts must be from the dealership.
They made a great job on the BMW and we are very happy. I always recommend this shop to all my friends and relatives.

I had some significant damage on my hood and both front fenders and Sonoma fixed it perfectly the car is completely indistinguishable from brand new I am super impressed!

My husband referred me here. Customer service was top tier. I appreciate how John informed me of everything that was happening and just made sure I was aware of all correspondence. Sandra was great as well. She called and confirmed and provided the best customer service. I forget the name of the gentleman that assisted me on Saturday but he was super sweet. My car looks brand new. They detailed it which was an extra bonus for me and it didn’t take long. I’m super satisfied and although I hope nothing happens to my vehicle again but if it does I will definitely bring it back here.

Went above expectations. Even offered to pay for a day of car rental when the insurance flaked. Performed a small repair at no charge while my car was there. AWESOME!

They were amazing! We had to repair our vehicle because of a collision. They took care of everything for us, they spoke to the insurance company, they made sure that aftermarket products were not used, and advocated for us to make sure the insurance did right by us. They were constantly reaching out to us about the status, and really made us feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. I will be doing any future repair work with them and will be recommending them to anyone who needs work done. Thanks again!

Omg I love this place. The service is incredible. They keep you updated on what's going on with your car and make sure that everything possible is fixed perfectly. I received my car back looking brand new like I got it from the lot. 10/10 I would highly recommend.
