Rushed into this location thinking it would take awhile. Craig was amazing!! I had issues with my wifi's(2), and Craig fixed both within minutes. I was on the phone over an hour last Saturday and the problem still was not fixed. Craig is one heck of an asset to T-MOBILE.I was able to make it back to my office before my clients arrived. This location is excellent! Friendly and knowledgeable associates. We're able to answer all my questions. And get my phone set up. Definitely worth the trip across the bridge and the best T-Mobile I have ever visited

Nice sales associate, fun conversation. Lack of openness when it came to the price of things, wasn’t up front about how much it was going to cost and how much our bill was going to change when upgrading/adding lines. We were coming from Verizon, and Tmobile is entirely different.Didn’t really explain the promotions, didn't let me chose what I transferred on my phone. Also sold us the insurance without telling us the price and didnt give us the option to change insurance (theres 3 different ones which I found out afterwards)2 stars because it was quick, -3 stars because he was here for the sales not to help us transition from another service and new phones.

Was able to get help almost immediately. The first person did not know how to fix the issue. One of her coworkers stepped over and, with three clicks, fixed the issue I was having and then explained how I could do it if it happens again. In and out in 5 mins.

Wonderful ? great employees that are very eager to help us they had a full house when we walked in and even though I had already made my purchase over the internet they still gave me just as much attention as I deserved and even more so since I had bought a phone for a friend who completely doesn't understand that they are not there to help her understand what a Mobil phone can do and what year it actually is ! Omg OMG!!! FOR REAL!! BUT THEY HANDLED HER LIKE A CHAMP!!! ??️ Can't believe it I was not able to keep my patients as well as they were ?lol jk!!Anyways thank you a million we are very happy with all we got and everything you have helped us with and will definitely recommend your store over any other !!!

2 separate service issues with this location. The 1st time I went in to this store, the girls working seemed bored and uninterested in providing any assistance, when tended, to I was purchasing a new phone line, so I didn't need anything fancy, but at least something that would be decent. I was told I would be getting a Samsung A32, but the agent came out with a Samsung A12 given these are lower end models and I didn't really need a powerhouse phone that would do flips and twists while riding a horse backwards, I accepted the A12 thinking it would suffice. Boy was I wrong, I'll spare the details, but lets just say that A12 can barely dial a call or send a message without a hiccup or pause in performance. It just sits in my drawer now waiting to be traded up for no real value.My most recent issue with this store is that I purchased an Apple watch for my wife for mother's day, I was supposedly getting a deal where the watch was $200 off retail price. That sounded GREAT, until I got the bill and saw that the watch plan (included) was double the cost of the regular paired plan and includes features that were A) not disclosed B) not needed and C) locks us into this contract without any way to downgrade the plan until the watch is paid off in full. Way to deceive your customers at this location T-Mobile. Coming from Sprint for over 20 years this place and Company has NOT lived up to it's hype. Definitely won't be coming to this location for any more cell phone needs and seriously considering paying off ALL of our devices and switching carriers, this location from both experiences has failed and I see no reason to continue to support such deception.I try to give local businesses a fair chance and after back to back poor experiences, I'd say I did that here. Wish this location handled customers with honest, sincere, transparent service because honestly, that's really all I wanted.

I always feel like I'm appreciated as a customer when I go to this store. Probably one of the main reasons I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years. T-Mobile might have it's issues but Cathy and her team know their stuff.

Aubrey gave me the absolute best customer service experience in a phone store I have ever experienced. He knew my questions before I asked them and was so thoughtful to go above and beyond demonstrating the features of the new phone compared to my old phone- very grateful he helped me. Aubrey was quick and extremely knowledgeable and intuitive about what my needs were. Thank you Aubrey for taking the time.

I have been having customer service issues with t-mobile online/chat/phone customer service. T-mobile has been improperly charging me for a new S22 that was supposed to be free with my trade in. I went to this location to see if someone could help me but I was told that if I didn't buy my phone from there, they couldn't/ wouldn't help me. I was planning on buying my daughter a new phone during the same visit but decided to leave after the dismissive attitude if the representative.

Personally getting a new phone is the most painful and confusing process in my opinion. Hence why I waited so long to go in. I am with Sprint so T mobile is my destination for getting a phone. I didn't have to wait for someone to help me and the whole process was painless. Thankyou again Dayana for your patience and understanding. I am thrilled with my customer service experience.

Lito!!!!! He is the man. I came in with my mother who is elderly and he was so patient and kind. He helped transfer her phone data to her new iPhone. Helped her create accounts she needed. He picked out a screen protector for her and put it on. He asked if we needed any other things before we left. Just a great experience. The whole staff was cool. We walked in and smiling faces from every direction. Definitely recommend and returning for future purchases and needs
