I took my truck to get my brakes done, and they said the bolt to my caliber was stripped. Mind I tell you I've only taken in my vehicle to get maintenance with Toyota. I've never taken it anywhere else. They wanted me to pay out of pocket to fix their mess up. They ended up taking care of the caliber, and I didn't have to pay out of pocket. But after my brakes got done, my truck started making a squealing noise around my wheels. They said they wouldn't charge me if it was related to their brake job. When I took my vehicle back after they did my breaks it was making the squealing noise. But when I picked it up it wasn't anymore. And I got charged because they said they found nothing wrong which i knew was balony. They messed up again and charged me. I recommend going somewhere else to buy vehicle or to get maintenance done. There just here to scam you for your money. Don't get Scammed.!

The buying experience with the Finance MGR Brian Wibben was a horrible experience (Benician) because he was upselling toyota products loan products (tactics) and more-so concerned about his fat commission. He raises his voices toward customers and argues. EXTREMELY unprofessional. NO INTEGRITY. Additionally, Ricky Mellomida, Andrew Kahrimanian are a corrupt team. BEWARE.Be careful when closing a deal these 3 people because they are corrupt in their negotiating tactics. No Integrity and are not truthful people. Pay close attention your numbers and they will try to manipulate you. BEWARE.We will never purchase from Vallejo Toyota again because of unprofessional service toward their customers. The survey from Toyota Corporate will reflect these comments and more details of the experience at Vallejo Toyota.Do not buy from this dealership they are CROOKS.

Purchased a Toyota Sienna today. My sales guy Ryan was awesome, he reached out as soon as they had a unit which matched what I was looking for! I live more than an hour away from Vallejo, he was super responsive over the phone and we finalized all the details before I drove to the dealership to close the deal.Great experience overall!

Andrew is the guy! It had been a long time since I purchased a car and Andrew was professional every step of the way. He responded quickly to my texts and was patient with all my many questions. He made the experience seamless. I would buy a car from him in the future.

Hands down the best Toyota dealership I've ever dealt with. Everyone from the receptionist to the service center creates a great experience from the start. They speak to you like they genuinely care which creates a warm and welcoming environment. John Nesmith was the service manager that took care of me and he went above and beyond to make sure I was good. I told him about issues I had with Folsom Lake Toyota advising I need all this work done and how much they were charging me. I wanted to run it by Toyota Vallejo because that's where I always get my service and they are always very honest with me and cut the bs. I was quoted about $300 less at Toyota Vallejo and was advised there was even a service recommendation that I did not need. There are a lot of dealerships and service centers that might give you the run around and give you bad advice but Toyota Vallejo is definitely not one of those places. This place is trustworthy. John Nesmith told me he would treat my car as he would his own, and I knew from that moment this is the only place I'm bringing my car to.

I rarely write reviews, but I will happily take my time to write this one as I had amazing customer experience here in this dealership! The staff were great and my salesperson Reza did a great job. Want to also thank the Sales manager Robert and finance manager Chris for making this a really smooth process! I have bought 3 New cars in the past and this one was the easiest to deal with out of all of them. Thanks again to Reza, Robert and Chris!

I would absolutely give 0 stars if it was an option. I paid close attention on how I was treated and spoken to without my male partner with me, and it’s a shame! Just let the salesperson get to talking and well ... they’ll blow up their own deal. I’m glad this deal didn’t work out for me. Vallejo Toyota will NEVER receive my business, which I’m sure they don’t care about because there are plenty of other people. That’s all. Enjoy your day.Update: Thank you to Joe Terry for reaching out and handling the situation so quickly. Personally, I’d request to work with him directly.

Agreed on a set price over the phone and then changed the price after I came down to test drive the vehicle. They then added nonsense fees like VIN etching and said I had to pay if I wanted the vehicle. Awful buying experience.

Wish yourself luck before buying a car here. Here is what happened to me.They called me saying the car I wanted available to reserve but I need to be there for it. They wouldn’t hold the car even if I was on my way. However, this is the risk that I’m willing to take. When we got there, they told us that their dealership prioritizes locals and if a local person (within 15 miles) reserves the car before us, I wouldn’t get it. I hope they would have mentioned this in the call. We arrived around 1:45 and he told us to go eat since he said the list wouldn’t be available in their system until 3 or 3:30 so we can’t reserve the car until then. We left to get lunch and came back at 2:55. We were there waiting the whole time and I asked him if we could get it if no one from the area reserved it as soon as the list came in the system. This time he said he would start taking the deposit at 3:30 if no local person reserved the car or the list didn’t come in the system. We waited there and he didn’t come back to us until 3:35 saying they sold the car to the customer who was not local and arrived later than us. He said he didn’t get to the list as quickly as the other sales person. He said that sales person got to the list 5 minutes before him. We were there waiting the whole time expecting we would get it since we were there first. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter if you get their first or not. They’ll give it to whoever they want.Their goal is to get you there first and try to sell you whatever they have available. They knew we were there waiting and decided to sell it to the customer that came after us. Good for the sales person who sold it. Obviously they don’t care about you or their company’s reputation and don’t mind if they screw you over.

I do not aim to rant nor complain, but just would like to inform other customers. I wish I could give a zero stars. My fiancé purchased a brand new 2022 Toyota CH-R here 11 months ago. Due to the shortages and back orders, we did not receive the car for a length period of time without an update for months until the day it arrived (which is most likely nobody’s fault). The terrible experience comes from the staff, their attitude, and how irresponsible they were. You ideally want your first new car purchase to be memorable. Unfortunately, this was memorable in the worst way possible. First of all, the sales representative was the person who aided us in purchasing the car. Originally, this staff seemed to be very nice and friendly, however, when we received the registration for the car, we realized that the dealership misspelled my mother-in-laws name as she was the co-registrant/owner of the car. As soon as we noticed the error, we returned the dealership and spoke to the sales representative, he told us it was no big deal. To just go to the DMV and pay for the name change. It was frustrating that he didn’t offer an apology and just assumed that it would the easiest thing in the world to take a day off from work for this and have to pay for a mistake that should have never occurred in the first place. When we told the sales representative we wanted to speak with the manager, he then shifted in tone and approach. He said that that he would handle it and he or his manager would reach out. We waited and thought since they gave us their word that it would be taken care of, we waited for the next document from Toyota or the DMV. Nothing came nor did they reach out. We called the corporate the Toyota phone number to explain the situation and they agreed that this mistake shouldn’t have occurred and that the dealership should help resolve this issue. When we arrived they were very rude, defensive, and even condescending to our situation. We spoke with the same financial services manager who was also really originally nice, but was very rude when we returned for the third time. They told us this happens all the time, and insinuated we needed to get over it.This situation ended with the dealership telling us they would handle this mistake, and that we would just have to cover the expenses associated with this DMV process. After this discussion, the registration expired and the dealership has informed us they cannot do a single thing about our situation. Without informing us before registration expired. I acknowledge that mistakes happen, however, scoffing, condescending behavior, and giving your word on calling someone and handling tasks and not coming through is unprofessional. I cannot recommend anybody I know to go to this specific Toyota dealership.A family member recently purchased a new Tacoma from a Toyota dealership in the South Bay and they did not have a hiccup in their process in the slightest. There are many other Toyota dealerships in the greater Bay Area.
