Since you girls decided to go out of your way to give me bad customer service. I will go out of my way to write this review about you and your store. I walked in, no words, any older middle aged woman walking in “HI WELCOME IN!” There was 6 of you employees in this store and not 1 of you could help me out or even talk or approach me lol. Any Middle Aged lady would get asked a few times if they needed anything. You guys selectively choose who you are nice to and who you want to attend and it shows! You intentionally ignored me since I walked in. I wanted to buy a bunch of things but I left because y’all’s vibe was gross. I completely understood why I wasn’t getting helped. Because of some discriminatory point of view. Come on. Regardless of your store getting robbed all the time (which is why I assume you have a security guard in there) you should NOT single people out for any reason. If I noticed that behavior, others will too. I literally did not spend money in your store because I disliked the environment so much. I’ve visited many ultas all over the country and I have never been to one like this.. they’re always usually so sweet and delighted to help me. I’m still shook lol.

I love Ulta. The staff is always so helpful. And I love being able to get brand names as well as boutique style products without having to go to the mall.

Horrible customer service by the assistant manager! Would have put a 1 on here but the sales assistant checking me out was very nice and helpful.I tried to get help finding a skincare product, after looking and not finding I asked for help. I was there.rudely with not so much as a smile, "its over there". I said I had looked over there. She said if we have it, its over there! Horrible customer service, found out she is the assistant manager ??

I was followed around the store the entire time by security, not sure why, this was my first time here and it was so uncomfortable. This was discrimination. I will not be coming back here and hope to get In contact with management about this. This was so wrong and such a unpleasant experience for someone’s first time shopping there.

I ordered for curbside pickup. The transaction, from navigating and ordering on the website, to the pickup, was seamless. The associate was friendly and professional.

Submitted an online order and called a few hours later because I was not given an update on my order. Whoever answered the phone informed me my order would be ready in the next 30 minutes. Shortly after , I got a text stating my order was cancelled, I called back to find out why and was informed the items were out of stock. How LAZY can you be to physically walk over there and check Instead of checking your horrible inventory which clearly does not have the right information. The checkout line and where the item is supposed to be located is not even far apart and the fact that their employees are too lazy to check is a shame.

Shout out to Fatima for all her help yesterday! She took her time showing me products that would benefit my skin. She wasn't trying to upsell me either like a good number of retail workers do.She definitely knows her skincare ingredients and benefits of them! I ended up purchasing the items she recommended!She also applied a new non comodogenic foundation on me and was excellent in skin color matching.5/5!

The amount of reasons why this specific store is going to run out of business soon. You can start w/ the Red Headed employee at the little MAC area. I asked if she or if someone can help me out w/ the perfumes, it would've taken 5 min max. I get the employee was busy helping a guest, but I just needed the perfume to be unlocked so I can actually buy the product unlike the guest she was focused on that we all know was just trying to get free samples on her face. She stared at me about 5 times in the span of 25 minutes just standing there. Didn't even say "l'll get to you soon." Or "Someone is on the way to come help assist" I worked in customer service long enough to know this employee is ridiculously bad at their job. Won't be coming back here. You can find me at Napa/Vacaville. I don't normally leave negative reviews like this but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had.

I find it really difficult to find what I need in here, plus there's never anyone on the floor to help me. Today, within 60 seconds of me being inside, the security guard followed me to the back of the store. Was he bored? Did he think that me looking insanely lost equated to a theft in process? I have no idea.

I've been a Ulta beauty credit card holder for years. My review has changed from 5 stars to 1, which being generous. Just recently, I received a paper statement. I was charged a late fee for a ZERO balance in January. And because I did not pay the late fee, I received additional monthly late fees up until today. I had not received a notification regarding the balance until almost 4 months later. I called the credit card company, Comenity. I contacted customer service and got an extremely rude male stating that I legally accrued the late fees and that I need to read the contract. Informed him that my job requires me to read contracts everyday, so the late fee charge was illegal and considered fraud. He stated that it was not and that I need to pay the balance immediately. Because of these illegal late fee /fraudulent charges, it has affected my credit. I will be getting in contact with the credit bureaus, the BBB, and possibly an attorney. And I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one.

I have visited this store in Vallejo about six times. I've experienced the same thing with the staff. Long line, one clerk, no one available to help with questions, and a very unfriendly staff. They only greet you when you come in, but after that it's pretty dry no personality. It's gotten worse since the pandemic. I was going to book a makeup appointment, but decided why bother.

I bought a Mac product and the deals it's get something from Mac over $30 and you get make up only for 30 minutes that's what they told me, I went there and the employee only did eyeshadow and eyeliner for 15 minutes horrible job the eyeliner wasn't even straight, this morning she woke up with no desire to work, it was an "makeup artists" from Mac red hair with pink fringe. if the store offers this they should make sure they actually do what they advertise!!!
