Everyone that works here is so helpful and sweet. I went in to get a live scan and fingerprinting done. The lady that helped was so patient and nice. We had to do my fingerprints a couple times because my hands are prone to sweating but regardless she was very sweet to me and was very thorough with making sure my prints went through.

Excellent customer service here! I went to get my finger prints scanned (I.e. Live Scan) and they were VERY helpful, friendly and quick! I am definitely coming back here again for all other services they provide.

I go to the vallejo UPS Store and I always get outstanding service. The supervisor is excellent. She is patient, kind and understanding. She will work with you until you are able to complete your transaction. And the staff is also professional. They will work with you with a kind and willing attitude. When you have a need that UPS Store offers, you will not regret going there to get your need fulfilled. They will help you complete your need with the highest level of professionalism. Try them, you will be glad that you did.
