Do not go here for your passport, Staff is rude And will try to Rush or make you reschedule for no reason.. Had a different worker help us, Until i requested to speak to the supervisor..

I had a great interaction. Called there, and Theresa helped me get my Priority mail (that they had been unable to deliver earlier due to a blocked road). She was courteous, knowledgeable, and said the package was anlready back ant the facility. The front desk worker had my package ready when I came in. Made my day, as it was my passport needed for urgent travel. Hooray USPS!

I requested my mail on hold for about a week! I got an email for confirmation and it was on hold but the problem is they supposed to resume and deliver the mail after the date ended. I guess they don’t read the request day to resume the delivery! What is the use for have the request if they don’t follow it!

I use this post office a few times a year. The line moves slow like every other usps office I have ever been in. I think it is because they are understaffed and over worked. This would generally cause employees to not be happy. I find the staff here pleasant.

Lazy staff, they literally want to get paid to sit around all day and do absolutely nothing. They're not helpful, they're not polite and they move about as quick as the sloth from the DMV in zootopia. Will never go to this location again. They all need to be fired and competent, hard working people who will do their job should be hired.
