Stopped there this morning. On my way to work to use a $25 gift card I had been holding onto. Handed it to the gentleman behind the counter and he told me to swipe it which I did. I saw $25 flash on the screen. He then told me to enter my pin and I told him it was a gift card and he instructed me to swipe it again so I did. He then told me that there was a zero balance, and I told him that was strange, since I had never used it, and he shrugged and chuckled and said he didn’t know what to tell me. I was on my way to work so I left. I did call Valero and file a complaint.
